Update to 5 stars: I am changing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. Amble reached out to me and wanted to correct the problems I wrote about in my first review. My meds arrived in new packaging, fully padded, and with a much larger ice pack and my meds arrived cold this time. Also in the package was information about my meds, and a chart showing the doses and correct units for my prescription. I was impressed and will use Amble again. It showed me that they do listen and care about what their customers say. The process of getting a consultation and the ordering of the meds were seamless, BUT my meds arrived hot and I am not a fan of that. I spoke to the pharmacist at TX Promeds and he said anything over 86 degrees degrades the meds and he had to reship my meds to me again, this package wasn't much better. I then contacted Amble customer support and they proceed to tell me my hot meds are just fine. Well they aren't fine with me or the pharmacist. I feel like this can be an easy fix on Ambles part to reach out the their pharmacies and make sure meds are packaged correctly for shipping and ensuring meds arrive cool. If I paid the pharmacy directly I would contact them, but I don't, I pay Amble and then Amble orders the meds. I also do not like that I can't change pharmacies and have my meds come from a pharmacy that I trust, and that Amble uses. I may not be ordering again until I can be assured that my meds will arrive cool and packaged correctly.

They are super patient and caring. Everything is easy and straightforward. I'm loving my experience.

Amble is quite with their tele-health Doctor going over your medical questions and getting back with your approval and prescribed your medication. I checked in on a Thursday night and received my medication on that following Monday afternoon. So very pleased .

Amble is a 503a pharmacy, with competitive costs. Their website is easy to navigate and I am pleased with the product and results from weight loss in only 2 weeks. Can't wait for my next shipment from Amble.
