if i could have given a minus-5 stars i would, my wife has ordered from amble for over a year and my last and final order was placed on May 31st.and on June 3rd i get a generated tracking number but the package has never been received by ups. after contacting the regular pharmacy they said amble sent it to a different pharmacy located in california. the pharmacy said this odd,its been 8 days trying to find out whats going on. this new pharmacy along with amble absolutely NO communication i called my credit card comp and I disputed the charge. WATCH OUT THEY ARE A SCAM NOW! THEY ARE NOT AROUND ANYMORE!

I started using this company about 6 months ago. I have seen zero weight loss. A physician increased the dosage with no changes over the next month. Then the following month they dropped the dosage back to a starting dosage and charged me for 3 months after stating I no longer wanted to be on the plan with theblavk of transparency. Not to mention getting ahold of someone takes dayss and Everytime someone replays it's a different person. This company is going to hurt someone with this amount of confusion. I am still fighting them to stop treatment and not to charge me any longer

Was so excited to start my journey. Did my ordered May 26th everything was approved. Now fast foward to June 9th and my order has not been delivered. I have sent a message and its been 4 days and no reply. Did the 6month treatment. Now what!! So disappointing when you have saved up your money, done your research just to not get no answer as to where your Medication is at and not being able to start your journey of a glp1

no one answers the chats. I tried to cancel before getting prescribed anything and still no one responds. theres no number on file. I will have to dispute any charges because cancelled before any prescription was sent.

I have been trying to reach out for 4 days and no one gets back to me. I have been charged for medication but a doctor has not reviewed my case. It says it takes two days for them to get back to you. I completed my questionnaire on May 31st. I have messaged the doctor and customer service MULTIPLE times with no response. My sister was approved 7 minutes after she submitted her answers. Why is this taking so long?

I have been using amble for my GLP one for almost a year, and have had success with my weight loss. My experience with amble thus far has been positive. However, this month when I went to do my check in, I see that everything has changed. You can’t get your normal dosage, only a dose that is about 10% less is available. It’s weird. Also, they have changed pharmacies. Do not try to get any help through customer service because you’ll only get an AI response. I am very concerned about the quality of the product as well as the new pharmacy they are using. You cannot get a refund from your order so you are stuck. I would check out other GLP one sources

Ordered my product 2 weeks in advance because we were leaving on vacation. Order was written but never filled. Then they sent that order was waiting for ups, for 1 week ups did not pick up because order was not ready. I paid for 6 months, they sure took my money. I have written to doctors, they said to contact support, wrote support every day begging them to take of my order because it will be sitting in a post office for 1 week, un refrigerated and i have no product so my schedule is all off Nothing from anybody. Again they still have my money, no product and no one will answer. You can't call them How convenient! So sorry frustrated.

If I could do zero stars I would! Absolutely horrible company. They evidently have thousands of dollars of our money and are not responding to any messages. I have been reading the posted reviews from the last few days and now I know I am not the only one. Looks like they'll probably have a class action lawsuit filed against them. They better be getting their management team straightened out or they'll go down in flames like every other pos company that bilks people out of their hard earned dollars.
