Good until it's not
I will say initially Amble was great. Until it wasn't. I'm still waiting for a refund of 900+ dollars. I paused my medication refill in July, which showed my next shipment would not be until October (I was doing the three month plan) so that I could inquire about an increase of dosage from the physician. Through the website they claim that you can request an increase of dosage through a button that you click in which they ask a series of questions to send to the doctor. That was my biggest mistake. It caused a snowball of difficulties that I have been dealing with for the past month. Because all of your current dosing information is not sent to the doctor (not something asked when you inquire about the dosing increase) the doctor treated my inquiry as a person just inquiring about medication and changed my current prescription to that of a person just starting on a GLP1. So I reached out to support to get some help. During this time they reached out asking if I would like my prescription filled. I let them know that I did not want it filled as they changed my dosage and prescription incorrectly. Mind you the initial inquiry was never answered or responded to. So here we are in August (still going back and forth with the support team regarding getting in touch with a physician so they can update the prescription to what I had previously, at this point I didn't care about my initial inquiy of increasing dosage) I wake up to a charge to my bank account for $900+ . So I immediately go to my Amble account and see that Amble pushed this other prescription through to get filled. So I reach out immediately to their support team who cancelled the prescription and said I would be refunded within 5-7 days on August 6th. So here we are August 24 still no refund. So I reach out to the support team to get an update and they let me know the refund was never issued so they would be refunding me $800 due to their prescription cancellation fee and it will be processed within 5-7 business days. All of this is ridiculous and I am at a loss of $100 assuming I finally get the refund because they went against when I said no do not fill the prescription and cancelled it after I found out they charged me and pushed it through anyway.
