I would like to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Jose, for his exceptional support and dedication. Since June 17,2025 I’ve been facing ongoing issues with my treatment delivery. On July 17, 2025, I only received one vial of my quarterly supply. After sending multiple emails, I repeatedly received short responses such as “Check your dashboard,” “You should’ve received it already,” or instructions to call the pharmacy. I was feeling frustrated and dismissed. Then Jose responded to one of my messages. He took full ownership of the situation, promised to look into it—and did far more than that. Over the course of 17 emails, Jose worked tirelessly to get to the bottom of the issue. He escalated the matter to his management team (as should’ve been done from the start), kept me informed at every step, and ultimately ensured I received my remaining two months’ worth of treatment on July 23,2025 Jose didn’t just respond—he resolved. He demonstrated what true customer service looks like: compassion, consistency, and commitment. Because of his support and determination, I decided to renew my six-month supply with your company. That decision was solely based on the trust and service Jose restored. While I’d love to personally thank him with a Starbucks card, I understand company policies may not allow that. Instead, I hope this message reaches the right people so Jose is acknowledged properly for his outstanding work. He turned a frustrating experience into one of reassurance, and I truly believe others could learn from the example he set. Thank you, Jose, for showing that great service still exists. You are a true asset to your team.
