I’ve been a client for just under a year. My meds always arrive on time. One thing to know is that Amble is a Telehealth platform and support is virtual. It’s very modern. If I have a question I email / message support and have an answer same or next day. Because of the sheer volume of clients Amble does it’s very best to streamline the process. I love the affordability and how I always know when my script is in transit. I’m a low maintenance client. Also Christina in support is incredible!!! She is the best when it comes to customer resolution.

Alayna was the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have dealt with in my Amble experience! She took the time to explain the why’s and the how’s on a long overdue banking issue I had with Amble payments. For weeks I couldn’t get anyone to help me or explain why I was being charged. All I really needed was someone to explain what was happening with the deductions from my bank account. She took her time and explained it all. Being new to this medication experience, I had no clue what to expect. I read Amble’s website over and over to search for the answers and it didn’t make sense to me because I had questions about payments. I note that the website is a bit more user friendly at this point but it still needs a little bit more. For people like me that is starting from a kindergarten point. Haha! This was way more difficult than it actually should be. Honestly, I’m a small business owner and I understand how things sometimes can go off the rails. Thing is, you definitely need to be accountable and communicate with clients. Most people are easy to talk to but when good communication isn’t available for weeks it becomes an issue. However! Alayna was great with her communication! I’m thankful she messaged me today! I had questions and she had answers! That is what I needed! Thanks again Alayna! Amble sure does need you!!! I really believe in transparency! Make sure you understand what your are buying and how much it is! If you don’t understand it, don’t buy it. Amble can be a great thing for many people but we need more transparency. Thanks!

So far the experience is great easy questions and quick approval turnaround. Just waiting for it to arrive.

Easy hassle free experience

The doctor is also really quick to getting back to me with messaging and with as busy as I am it’s so much easier to be able to message them then to have to do an actual video call.
