I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I paid $765 to start the process of obtaining medication, but the service was completely unprofessional and disorganized. Initially, one doctor prescribed a certain dose, then a few days later, a different doctor changed it to a completely inconsistent dose—repeated across three months—which makes no clinical sense. I tried multiple times to speak with a doctor to clarify, but my requests were ignored. There was no follow-up, no communication, and no continuity of care, which is unacceptable for a medical service. On top of that, the order was never even processed or sent to the pharmacy, yet I was charged a $100 fee with no explanation. There’s no justification for keeping that money. Even more concerning is that the source of the medication was never clearly disclosed. As a patient, I have no idea whether the product is legitimate or if the medication I would be injecting into my body is truly the one it claims to be. That raises serious safety concerns. I have requested a full refund and am still waiting for a response. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

This company is a scam. They hide the wording in their terms and conditions, that their product is NOT FDA approved. They charge your card right away before you ever know what you're going to get and before you can deny anything. You can't get your money back, even if you refuse the medication. Plus you can't even get ahold of anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I tried to dispute with my CC company Ally Credit. They did not support me. So don't ever choose Ally credit card either.

My prescription was sent to the pharmacy on 6/6/25. It is now July 2nd and I have still not received any medication. Customer service is non-existent. I have sent multiple messages to support and only had two unacceptable responses. I am thinking about switching companies. I can get no answers from Amber on anything.

I am extremely frustrated with this company. My experience has been a complete nightmare. I was promised timely updates on my prescription order, but I've received absolutely zero communication, and my order is late. I followed their instructions to the letter, yet I am still left in the dark. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone for assistance, and any response I do manage to receive is disappointing and unhelpful. It's simply unacceptable for a business to have such terrible follow-through after taking my money. Their utter lack of organization and respect for customers is astounding. I will be canceling my order after this disastrous experience, and I urge others to think twice before doing business with them. If you care about customer service or actually receiving what you paid for in a timely manner, look elsewhere! They only responded to my last message after I left a review—let’s see if lightning strikes twice because I still haven't heard from them. This seems like a company more focused on maintaining a façade of solid reviews to lure in customers than on delivering the products they promise. STAY AWAY!

I’ve been with Amble Health since March 2024 with no major issues until recently. There was a small hiccup early on, which I chalked up to them entering the GLP-1 space — understandable for a growing company. But what’s happened since June has been completely unacceptable. I placed an order on June 2 and received a tracking number on June 3 — but nothing has moved since. It’s now July 1, and I haven’t had a single response in over a week. I’ve been extremely patient and polite, but no one is answering my emails or giving me any clarity. I took the initiative to call every pharmacy in the zip code and city that supposedly received my prescription — none of them have it. This is a new pharmacy than the one used for my previous orders. Back then, I could call and get answers. Now? Radio silence. At this point, I’m demanding a refund or I will be contacting my credit card company to report fraud. I have no idea where my medication is, where my money went, or why nobody will speak to me. Please — go elsewhere, even if it costs a little more. There are far more reliable telehealth companies for weight loss. Do your research. Amble Health has gone downhill fast, and it’s incredibly disappointing — especially since I had recommended them to friends who are now experiencing the same issues. Frankly, it's quite embarrassing.

Worst company in the business. Customer service stinks. They charge for a product that doesn’t even work. I’m sure there wasn’t much if any tirz in the vials. They also shorted me, not enough for the month. They made me start at like 1mg when I had been on Wegovy for almost a year. Just a complete scam and waste of money. They won’t refund me because they already sent the product. So I paid $759 for bac water and b12. They need to be shut down for fraud!

I was having a very positive experience with Amble. Now, my med is coming from a different pharmacy and all of a sudden, Im receiving Semoralin, some kind of growth hormone. I called the pharmacy but they said I have to contact Amble because Semoralin is the prescription they received. I never requested it, i never agreed to change from Semaglutide and Ive been waiting now 3 days and still no response from Amble. Of course Ive already paid for the med so am I also going to lose my money??? NOT HAPPY!!!!

there is NO phone muber to call. You can NOT get ahold of customer service. The needles are so CHEAP they will break off in your skin and or bend. You have to load the dose yourself. Chat will put you on hold FOREVER till you give up. I also noticed that for every complaint here they bury it with two good ones within an hour. I do NOT recommend this place. My sister in law is still waiting for hers to show up and they charged her twice for the same medication. Of course they help you when you first order LOL to get your money.
