Top tier customer service! I was having issues with switching from two different payment plans just this week and everyone I’ve connected with has been super attentive, quick to respond, and executed solutions. I felt heard and understood by everyone. Even though I was speaking with multiple people, the communication was seamless. I never felt “passed around”. My deepest gratitude to the following individuals who made a difference to me: Denise, Samantha, Ana, Diego, Shireen, and most recently,Emma. Thank you all for being a breath of fresh air. Emma has been super helpful answering my questions & making the process really easy. I’m excited to get my meds & get healthy! Update-meds came & seem to be working. Didn’t receive a pre shipment, but I contacted customer service & they responded immediately & said all future shipments will have a shipping confirmation. Excellent customer service!
