I signed up for amble in July 2026 , the first shipment arrived quickly. In August 2026 I was billed $179 for my 2nd months prescription...it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received my prescription! This company is a scam! They will send your first month fine but after that they don't deliver ! I repeatedly emailed them and was given excuse after excuse ...delays at the pharmacy ! And when I finally told them I was going to file a complaint and start a charge back they sent me an email telling me my prescription had shipped and a tracking number...but it hadn't shipped at all they just created a label and a week later still no prescription. So after 2 weeks without medication I would have to start again at a lower dose than I was taking previously or I would be very sick from the dose I had worked up to before they didn't ship my prescription. Please save yourself time and money ....find another company with a number you can call for support because with amble support is all done by messages and they aren't in any hurry to respond.

I would give less than one star if I…
I would give less than one star if I could. I have changed my address multiple times, blocked them from taking money, even canceled all my shipments & they 1. Won’t change the address and they are taking money and not giving refund even though I’m taking the proper steps. This is literally theft. Their customer service doesn’t answer the chat nor emails once they get your money. Go elsewhere. Yall are thieves, on a major criminal level

Started out promising and then….
I joined Amble Health in March 2026, and initially everything went smoothly. I received my approval and medication promptly, so I had no complaints during the first couple of months.
Things changed in June when I temporarily paused my subscription because I would be out of town when my medication was scheduled to ship. After returning home, I resumed my prescription. Amble charged my card immediately, but my order sat in “pending” status for weeks. When I finally contacted support, I was told I needed to complete the patient questionnaire again as if I were a new patient.
My biggest issue was that I was never notified that this was required. Because of that lack of communication, I went weeks without medication even though Amble had already charged me.
Then came the more serious issue in August. I ran out of medication on August 17 despite following the injection instructions provided by Amble’s provider and pharmacist. I immediately requested a refill.
Again, Amble charged me right away, but the refill remained pending for up to ten days. Their chat system is primarily AI-driven, and getting a response from an actual person can take days. That is extremely frustrating when you’re already out of medication and need help resolving a refill issue.
On August 28, I requested a chargeback through my bank. Amble contacted me by email about 12 hours later. I responded politely, explaining that I simply wanted my money refunded and that I was leaving the platform because of the repeated issues. They never responded.
Then, on August 31, I received a notification that my medication had shipped—this time from a pharmacy I had never used before. I had not been notified that a different pharmacy would be fulfilling my prescription.
When I tried to log into my Amble account, I discovered that I could no longer access it. My account appeared to have been removed or terminated.
What started as a good experience turned into a frustrating situation involving:
• Immediate charges with orders sitting in pending
• Lack of communication about required steps
• Weeks without medication
• Delays after I had already run out of medication
• Difficulty reaching an actual support representative
• A prescription being shipped through an unfamiliar pharmacy without prior notice
• Losing access to my account after requesting a refund and stating that I was leaving
I understand that prescriptions and shipping can take time. What I don’t understand is being charged immediately while an order sits pending for days or weeks, without clear communication about what is needed from me.
If you use Amble, I strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your order status, charges, refill timing, and account access. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable relying on them for medication going forward.
**UPDATE** As of 9/2 I received the new medication from that new pharmacy and it was hot, the ice packs melted, and the medicine completely unusable. The packaging says “Saturday delivery” and it’s Wednesday. This has been the biggest FU from a company ever. They never even reached out like they said from my first email or even today. I just want my money back.

I was with them originally
I was with them originally. My 1st experience was Christmas of 2025. Ordered on the 19th and got it Christmas Eve. Had to pause in May but came back. Ordered on the August 16 and nothing....just pending. No response from any one including the "doctor". Disappointed is an understatement!
Update August 30.
Still...No product. Ordered on the 16th.

They tried to steal money from me
They tried to steal money from me. One day a new dose just randomly showed up on my account, and they sent it to me while still sending me my normal dose. I have no idea how it showed up, and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. I ended up having to do a chargeback because customer service just went around in circles. I wish I could post screenshots on here, but since I can't, here's part of my conversation with C.S. (I would post the whole thing, but can't since there's a character limit)-
Me: For some reason an extra prescription was added to my account, and on June 26th I was sent extra medicine. I just opened it and it's not even the correct dose. And then on July 8th I was sent the correct dose. I don't want or need the extra medicine that was sent, and I'm wondering why an extra prescription was added to my account.
Customer service: You had two active semaglutde plans, so both had auto-refills processed and shipped following each other.
One of the treatments have been paused, so you only have one active plan going forward.
Me: Okay, but why do I have two? I didn't ask for a second one.
*sent a screenshot of my payment history which only showed my regular dose*
I also don't see payment for the second one. It also won't let me pause or turn off this extra one. When I paused it, it paused my regular dose.
Customer Service: I have reviewed both treatments and noticed that one is a lower dose than the other. Could you please confirm which treatment you would prefer to pause, so we can ensure you continue receiving the correct one?
Me: I'd like to keep the one that I've been getting, which is the higher dose. I don't want the lower dose paused, I would like for you to get rid of it completely. Also, I'd like to know how that even happened.
Customer Service: It looks like the appointment was created a couple of months ago, possibly as an accidental duplicate while you were trying to check in. Please rest assured that the duplicate has been cancelled and we have kept the higher dosage treatment active for you.
Me: Thanks. But, I'm still not getting how it's possible to make a duplicate appointment, and then get approved for a separate prescription at a different dose without talking to the doctor, and then said prescription doesn't show up on my payment history. So, I don't think this mistake was on my end. Since you mentioned it was a couple months ago, I checked the unopened package that was in my fridge, and it turns out, there's a second one with the incorrect dose. So now I have one from June 2nd and one from June 26th with the wrong dose.
Anyways, what do I do with the two extra vials of medication? Can you guys send me a label to return it? Or if you want to credit my account, I'd be okay with that too.
Customer Service: You cant return the 2 vials, we mention in our previous message that the reason you received those vials was because treatment had automatic refills. Since you've receive those vials we wont be issuing you a refund.
Me: You completely glossed over my first message. I understand your no returns policy. However, this was a prescription I didn't want, need, or ask for and was a mistake on the company's end. So I thought I'd give you the option of offering a credit or refund before I initiate a chargeback.
Customer service: When the treatment plan was paused, it had a date given for it to restart which is June 3rd. Then on June 4th you answered the dosing questions that were sent by our doctor's and they ended up prescribing you. We will not be issuing you a refund or credit back.
Me: I don't think you went far back enough in the conversation. I'm pretty sure what you're talking about is my regular dose. I'm not asking for a refund/credit for that. I need a refund/credit for when they sent the wrong dose and for some reason I had two active prescriptions at two different doses.
Customer Service: I found that there were two separate treatment plans on your account, and both were active at different points. Because each treatment plan maintains its own refill schedule, refill orders were generated based on the status of each plan at the time. The account history shows that the treatment plans were paused, resumed, and later canceled through account activity, which allowed those refill orders to process before one of the treatments was canceled. Since the medication was fulfilled in accordance with the treatment plan settings that were active at the time, we're unable to issue a refund for the additional vials.
Me: Yes, there were two separate treatments, but the second one just showed up on my account. I did not ask for it. And I'm really confused about how I could suddely be prescribed two different doses of the same medication. And I couldn't even cancel it on my own because it wasn't showing up anywhere. Even now, I can't see it on my recent shipments.
