Literally the WORST company! Product arrives warm...IF you receive it at all. It takes weeks to get it or even days to get a response from their "customer service". DO NOT BUY from this company!!

This is the WORST company when it comes to customer resolution & there’s a reason they dont offer a phone number. Even 888-511-5391 from online states nobody available to take a call, forcing you to leave a message I paid 6 mo upfront @ $1488. I got the 1st 3 of 6 month shots 4/30/2025 with the next vile of 3 mo to go out July 2025. I canceled my membership May 2025 to avoid additional future charges and now its just constant back in forth in their messager, the only option for communication, getting no resolution other than their response that i dont have an active account since it was canceled. They owe me the last 3 months supply of shots that i paid for upfront on the 6 mo plan and getting ABSOLUTELY nowhere. Do not waste your time with dealing with this company. Its robbery & fraud For every negative post, there’s 3-4 positive post that im quite sure are FAKE responses to offset those of us reporting its a SHAM!

The whole process has been a mess. I asked for weight loss medication and they send me NAD. I don’t need that. I never wanted it, but they are giving me the run around and will not refund my money. I guess my next step is Better Business Bureau.

Another fly by night Telehealth service. I’ve been on semorelin therapy for over a year, and decided to give this service try due to their pricing. I fully completed the intake forms stating I was currently on this therapy and the dose. Instead of reaching out, the prescriber submitted a dose 1/6th of the current dose I’ve been on. Total money grab to avoid sending the correct amount of product for the ongoing dose. When reaching out to customer service, you’re met with a “we have high demand and delayed responses” So it looks like I’ll be stuck disputing the charge for inaccurate prescribing and medical care

They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I have worked with 4 other compounding groups and this is by first far the worst company. It takes over a week to get a response when you have a question and Ive been waiting a month for a get a change in dosage. They are the worst, I would try any other company.

I signed up for a 3 month subscription but they charged for me for a full year. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no response. I will be reporting them.

***** for every bad review theres like 3 other supposedly good reviews right afterwards **** this company is fraud and making fake good review ... this needs to be confirmed if real person .. because they are making fake emails.. I placed order 6/3/25 ... they did not reach out to me i finally reached out to them 6/27/25 telling them I want my money back refund and to not proceed with order since it's taking forever they ignore my chat message , I would not recommend them to anyone

This company is the worst. Don't waste your time with them. They never get back to you, no phone number to call, all done on email. I could not get a response and they never sent the product.
