WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
While Amble Health offered affordable GLP-1, their service is TERRIBLE! Had questions at the start, took support 3 weeks to respond. I was using a different supplier prior to Amble, and made a switch and regretting it! Doses are different. My first shipment ended up being almost half less than the previous supplier. I just went with it. I sent a message to the doctor requesting an increase days before I was due for a refill (which I somehow signed up for Autorenewel) NO RESPONSE and the doctor proceeded to send the same prescription to the pharmacy. It has now been 5 business days with no response from the doctor and on the website the button to "adjust dosage" is unavailable. I guess when they are raking in ten of thousands of dollars from people, they don't have to respond. So I have another shipment in route for the same dose and now looking for a new supplier

Ambel Health Took My Money
Ambel Health Took My Money, Sent No Medication, Threatened Me, and Won’t Refund
I’ve been dealing with Ambel Health for almost three months now. I paid for tirzepatide but was billed for semaglutide instead — a medication I never ordered. They claim I went back during enrollment and changed my medication selection to semaglutide, which is false. They say it was shipped, but I never received anything. When I asked for a refund, they refused and even threatened me to drop my bank dispute or lose access.
Ambel has over 100 unresolved complaints on BBB. This is a bait-and-switch scam, and their tactics are coercive and unethical. Avoid them at all costs.

I can’t stress enough! Save yourself and your money.
I moved to Amble after using a local doctor but the price is very high. I clearly and repeatedly said that I needed to go up on my .45 dosage because I had not lost any weight for over a month. What did they send me for my 3 month subscription? 3 vials at a dosage of .45 to include Vitamin B which really means that I’m getting lees Tirzipatide. No telephone number to call. I have messaged the “doctor” and customer service repeatedly getting vague responses with no answers. There’s no way that this Trust Pilot rating is anything but purchased by Amble.

Horrible criminal and dangerous
Horrible. It’s been 5 weeks with no resolution. I had been on GLP-1 prior, through a physical doctor. I wanted to drive less so looked at amble.
First off, you fill out a questionnaire and submit your payment information PRIOR to speaking to a doctor. Not only is this DANGEROUS to patients but also shows you what they really care out, the bottom line.
So once they have your payment, you’re privy to their whims. I was prescribed HALF of what I had taken before (again did not ACTUALLY TALK TO A DOCTOR)- there is no actual medical help/consultation happening.
I decided to try the lower dose of 1.7 out, but after 4 weeks, I GAINED 1 lb.
I had made MULTIPLE attempts to contact the doctor, support or pharmacy but I was in a loop of AI generated responses.
I paid for 6 months worth UP FRONT and was told I’d have to cancel because they couldn’t adjust my dose to 2.5 without cancelling. I asked if they would refund my 6 month of payment. They said no. They’re absolutely criminal.

Prescribed the Wrong Dose, Ignored for Weeks, Then Threatened to be Banned for Disputing
I had to dispute the charge with my credit card because the doctor prescribed the wrong dose, even after I uploaded a photo of my prior 15mg prescription three times. Instead of the full dose I’ve been on for 2 years, they sent a lower one—with no explanation.
Worse, the doctor never replied to any of my messages, including simple questions about what was actually in the compound (vitamins, peptides, etc.). After being ignored for weeks, I finally filed a dispute—and only then did customer service respond (still no doctor), and threatened to ban me for the dispute. Seriously.
After a firm pushback, they walked it back—but it still took four more messages just to get an answer about ingredients. They told me to “check the vial” because they didn’t have it on file. That’s not how medical care is supposed to work.
As for the lower dose? They blamed the FDA and said they couldn’t compound the full dose due to clone regulations. Maybe true, maybe not—but other providers have been compounding the full 15mg with no issue, so it feels sketchy at best.
Bottom line: If you're expecting transparent communication, proper medical care, or basic responsiveness, look elsewhere.

After taking $700 from my account for a…
After taking $700 from my account for a 3 month supply I waited a month and they never shipped so I put in a dispute with my bank almost immediately after I put in the dispute they said they shipped it . I never received anything . They then sent a message say that since I placed a dispute they would not longer ship to me . The bank lost the dispute because they said I signed some saying I wouldn't dispute it and if I did it violated the contract so Amble got away with 700$ and never sent me a single thing.
