This is company is a scam. They take forever to send you the medicine but even worse is they try to deceitfully nickel and dime you where ever possible. This company is extremely money hungry and charge your card without authorization. Then they will hit you with crazy bogus policies. Will be reporting this company and taking it further. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't even give them a 1. Be very careful. When they tell u if you have any questions the physician does not answer back. I wanted an epipen style. They took my money and the physician never contacted me like I asked. They prescribed me the vials. I dont think they sell the eoipens. Do not use Amble. You will get taken. A complete scam.

I enrolled into amble last week. The communication is touch and go. I was asked about my last prescription and I have not heard from anyone. General Messages that are left that the volume of people inquiring is high. Well, I just rent to start on my medication. I’m wondering if this is al legit

I cancelled my subscriptions a month ago and I was just charged $199.00 AGAIN this month. I have disputed the charge with my bank. I reached out to Amble and they stated "You do not have any active subscriptions and will not be charged." BEWARE of this company. They clearly run scams like this to steal money from their customers.

If you cancel the subscription after they’ve billed you 15 days into a month, they’ll conveniently all of a sudden prescribe the meds before they’ve processed the cancellation so they can still charge you $100 without doing anything. There is no phone customer service, only chat. No opportunity to escalate to a manager or reason with someone that you’ve done your due diligence and they need to follow through on their end. I will never be using this service again and will tell everyone I know not to either. Very disappointed.

The Semaglutide compound was very ineffective. All it did was lose my hair and not suppress my appetite. Customer service was very very slow. I would be careful using their products. I started using their compound about 5/6 weeks ago. Lots of hair loss but no appetite suppression.

I should never of signed up for Amble. After canceling my subscription more than once, I am still getting a recurring charges on my bank account. It took three days of back and forth LAST MONTH to get a refund, now I have to do it again. There is no way to call customer service and the app makes it almost impossible to dispute. I wasn't even approved for the weight loss medication, as I am not obese. I just want my money back and to be free of this subscription!!!!! I ended up paying $180 for ONE prescription of Zofran, the supplemental nausea medication used with Semaglutide. I wasn't even approved for Semaglutide. If I needed something for nausea, I would've bought some Dramamine. Now I'm out $180 with no results.

I've been with Amble about 6mths. I started April, 2025. I'm doing the 3mth. plan and on my 2nd 3 month prescription they sent wrong dose and they didn't fix it.I reached out to them right away and sent photos. No resolutions from the supports team nor the Dr. I did lose some weight slow but it was something. So I gave it a try again and contacted the Dr. to make sure that this time they would increase my dose and to verify that to me to be 13.5 mg. Yesterday (Sept.12,2025) I received my prescription and it was wrong again for the second time in a row.(my 3rd time getting a 3mth prescription). They sent me 10mg (68 units) again for the 3mths. plan . I've reached out again to the team support and the Doctor. I also sent photos of the 3 vials and the boxes of the prescriptions. Also they don't respond right away. Hopefully they do something about it this time cause if they don't I will definitely cancel membership. If they fix it and make it right then I will come back here to put it on reviews, good about them and recommend . I gave you guys a heads up and trying at your own risk.
