They have you write your initial review in exchange for expedited shipping so you can’t really trust them as they’re not based on actual usage of the product. My first few weeks seemed ok on the product. But as the dosage increased I started getting rashes at the injection sites. Then my lips started swelling up horribly. So had to stop taking. Total waste of money. Never had any issue with other companies so there is something wrong with this product and formula. I have serious doubts they’re legitimate and now I’m out almost $800. If it seems too good to be true it probably is. Do NOT trust buying from Amble!!! No telling what I injected into my body!!!

Prescription arrived quickly, however they sent me 1/3 of what I typically take. I have been with Zappy for a while and decided to try Amble based off of reviews and cost. They advertise that they will start you at your current dose for the same price. For the last 3 months I have been at 96/2.4 mg units a week, I even sent screenshots of my prescription with my current dose. My first shipment with amble arrived with 23 units to be injected a week. WAY less and not effective for me at all! Of course, you have to pay for the whole year up front before you find this out. I was only sent a small amount for 3 months, and need to be refunded for the next 9 months as they totally lied! I even said I did not want to move forward if they could not honor it, and the doctor replied, saying they could go up to 2.3 mg, and I was given .5 mg. TOTAL SCAM

I have been with Amble for over 1 year, it has been great up until now, last May, I paid for one year in advance so every 3 months I get a prescription sent to me, that has been great up until NOW! The experience in communication is bad, I have a problem that they are saying I am now out of my refills, and to sign back up!!! WTH!! and all I can do is email and that takes about 4 to 5 days to respond back to me. With I will look into this for you!!! every time! How do they expect to get the problem resolved when they are not really looking to help me!! I even tried my Amble sales affiliates on TikTok and they don't even help! They say give it time!! and then get frustrated that they have to help me when I didn't even sign up with them because the person I did is no longer with Amble. So I am SOL!!! So I am seeing that I am NOT getting a refund back and NO HELP!! Horrible Support!!

Horrific experience the app is not user friendly and never even talked to a tele health provider for two months very hard to get in touch with anyone over phone to find out what happened to order. It’s all via app Been without medication for three months now and for me this company doesn’t care about their patients I find it careless not a trustworthy company

Tried to place my second order. No one would respond to me despite numerous emails and messages sent to customer service and the “doctor.” I had my previous script through TX Pro Med who had since closed their doors. I wanted to see what pharmacy I would be getting with my second order so I can assure they are licensed in my state and have good reviews. I NEVER heard back from anyone at Amble. I went to another company. A month later, someone from amble contacted me and I asked what pharmacy I would use if I placed another order (if and only IF I decided to go back to Amble) and they would not tell me! Super sketch! And they only reply at 2-3am telling me they are located in a foreign country more than likely. No phone number to call. Only bots. No transparency.

The WORST service I have ever had! they do not reply to you for help, there is no number to call other than messaging them on a chat that no one replies to, and an email address that no one checks. I am stuck not getting 6 months of medication that I already paid for with no response from the company. The price may seem worth it but please look elsewhere as you will stuck like me with no medication and no help.

Worst customer service ever! There is no number to call. Just a chat on the website and email address that no one responds to! Go elsewhere, I don’t know if I’ll get my years worth of medication now :(

Horrible company. Took two weeks to receive semaglutide and then only a one month supply rather than the 3 months I paid for. Chat feature takes days for an unhelpful response. Never received an answer to any of my questions. Given incorrect dosing by an account administrator. Will be canceling my subscription after my 1st order. AVOID!!!
