DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Never received medication i paid for, the so called doctors are completely incompetent, even when spelled out in the most simplistic way, they continue to ask the same questions. The directions are not clarified. I have had issue after issue with them but unfortunately paid for 6 months which I only received maybe 4 months worth of medication. I HATE THIS COMPANY! Don’t WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Unless you don’t care about being confused by what it is that you’re paying for, this is not a great site. Everything about the website app is confusing. Their support and doctor chat take a good 24 hours, usually 48 to get back with you. I paid for six months of medication and had a significant delay in receiving my second three month supply. When I asked why it didn’t ship when it said that was going to, they told me it was my fault. Even though I paid for six months of medication and I expected to get it when they said it would be here. There are so many options out there for GLP-1s, I would highly suggest finding a different company than this one.

I am extremely frustrated. It takes them over 10 days to ship your medicine. With this last one, it went to the Pharmacy on 11/18. It is now 12/3 and it still has not even shipped, causing me to miss my dose. When you email them for help, it takes forever for someone to respond, if they do at all. Extremely unhappy.

This is he second time I have tried Amble. I have been taking this product now for 12 weeks with no results. I paid a lot for this product. Don't waist your money on Amble. There is no after communication for this product to see how your doing or anyone reaching out about my progress. What a waist of my time and money. Shame on me for giving them a second chance.

It has been over 10 business days and I still haven’t received my meds. The pharmacy hasn’t even created a label. Two payments have been submitted on Afterpay and no meds. Amble is states they will contact the pharmacy and will let me know.

I recently began using their services, and I’m already experiencing significant communication issues. I have an important question regarding the medications that were prescribed to me. I was expecting weight-loss medication, but what I received appears to be growth hormone–related treatment, and I need clarification. When I reached out to the prescribing doctor, I was instructed to contact support. However, support initially told me they had no knowledge of medical matters—I can provide the messages as proof. Overall, the experience has been extremely disappointing, and the level of customer service, patient care, and pharmacy support has been far below expectations. Also, they deliver the medication five days late I had to keep messaging them to get re-ship finally had to cancel the service.

Scam artists. Over two weeks anf half with same response that we are sorry for the delay. They are all AI bot and no real representative. They charged $179 and no products!

Awful! Buyer beware. I do not recommend this company at all. Sure, it's fine and dandy if you don't have any issues. However, I had an allergic reaction to the medication and have been taking it for two weeks. I reached out support and asked what can be done? Nothing, there is nothing they can do for me. I am supposed to wait 3 months to finish out a medication I cannot use until I can get an alternative? How dumb is that? And then plus the fees - I cannot believe this company can get away with this; I wanted to warn people, if you sign up, do not sign up for longer than a month, otherwise you are screwed. See how your body reacts first and then commit longer. What a waste of money and it almost seems like a scam, are you really getting in touch with a doctor? There should be some kind of recourse if you have an allergic reaction - this makes me think the company is a fraud.
