I want to warn everyone against buying medications from this company. They don’t give a damn about delivery timelines, even though taking these drugs on time is absolutely critical for them to have any effect. I’ve been waiting for my order for three weeks already. I keep writing to support and all I get are stupid, copy-paste replies clearly generated by AI. The customer service is non-existent. Do not order from them under any circumstances.

I am extremely disappointed with how this company operates. They completely misled me into a 12-month payment plan that I never agreed to. I only realized something was wrong when I saw a $1,500 charge deducted from my credit card. I contacted them right away—both by email and through support—to cancel the order. I even stated that I was willing to pay a $100 cancellation fee. Despite this, none of the representatives showed any concern or made any effort to stop the process. Instead, they ignored my request and went ahead and processed the order within 24 hours, even after I clearly told them not to. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels very dishonest. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give them -5 I would. They deduct money from the account right away but give you no guidance on when you'll get the meds. It's been almost a month. The UPS shipment has been created for a week but the meds haven't been shipped yet. Stay away.

At one time Amble was great but that is no longer the case. I have waited over 30 days for my meds to ship and they still havent. The only thing customer service tells me is that they are backed up and to be patient. I have not had my meds in over 3 weeks. When I decided to cancel my order and use a different company they said they would be charging me a $100.00 cancellation fee. HORRIBLE

Joinamble is the Worst company ever. I paid for a 3 month supply starting at 60 units. Because of the 4 week gap in taking it the medication the " Dr" suggested that i should take a smaller dosage just in case you have issues. When i got my medication he not only changed the dosage but the amount that i purchased as well. I've been contacting joinamble to correct the issue they Just kept telling me to take what's on the bottle. The dosage instructions were incorrect. Joinamble Customer service is trash. They contact you through an app. I received 4 different dosage instructions from 4 different people. I ordered the medication on November 15. I didn't get it till November 27th. I've been contacting joinamble since the 27th till now December 9. Still no word of the correction. Don't waste your money with this company.

Do NOT use Amble Health for medication. For starters, you can NOT get a live person to talk to. You have to send a message via their chat. You don’t ever heard back. I literally sent at least 15 messages over a week span and never heard back at all. Though the chat says you will hear back within a day. I wasted a ton of time filling out their survey including sending a picture of my full body to verify my weight. When I paid, the shipment was delayed for some reason. Then they sent me my “meds” it was a 2.5 mg bottle and was only full about 1/10 of the bottle. This was supposed to last a month…. it wasn’t even enough for one dose. I called the pharmacy and asked them what the deal was because the amount they had on the paper was different than what the doctor on amble told me I needed to take. I went in to cancel everything from amble and told them yet again I didn’t get the proper medication and I wanted a full refund and to cancel everything. They said there are no refunds. This company is super shady and dishonest. Do NOT deal with them. I need a company I can talk to a live person.

I want to leave an extremely negative review about the peptide I ordered from the company Ample. They failed to deliver it on time, which resulted in a major interruption in my dosage schedule. One of the key points of this peptide is that it needs to be taken continuously, and now all the progress I had made has basically gone down the drain because of this huge delay. I had to constantly hassle their support with endless questions about where my order was. Even now, it might arrive with a three-week gap, and that just ruins the entire point of using the product. So my recommendation is to never order from this company. They clearly don’t care about timely delivery, which is crucial.
