Do not use Amble for weight loss medication. Their provider access is unacceptable—responses take 2–5 days, which is dangerous when you’re on a medication that can cause serious side effects. During the entire month I was on semaglutide, my questions were ignored or never properly answered. As for semaglutide, it was a terrible experience. I ended up in the emergency room with low blood sugar and dangerously low blood pressure. I felt awful and received little to no support from Amble when it mattered most. This company should not be prescribing medications that require monitoring if they can’t provide timely medical care.

Don’t order from this company. They’re cheap for a reason

I am still waiting for all my shipments from my second three month renewal. First 3 months were fine. Shipments came like clock work. I have had to continually contact them for the second three months. I never received shipment 5 and their customer service does nit help at all. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY..THEY ARE TERRIBLE

Unable to cancel or postpone shipments. Emailed customer service who replied that they paused my shipments, 2 weeks later received notification of another shipment. The fact they gave no phone number should have been my alert no to do business with this company.

Do NOT use this company I just filed a credit card dispute. I should have listened to the reviews on social media. I have been trying since December 26 to get my medication. I asked for a refund. The pharmacy that they use is 30 minutes away from me. However, they shipped my medication out of state, and I still don't have it. No one has responded to my chats in three days. I can't get anyone from the pharmacy on the phone either. I have only been a client with them for 6 weeks. I have since canceled my services and subscription. Do NOT use this company. Look for another company.

There is absolutely no customer service. If there is any it's not in a timely fashion. A company that does NOT stand behind what they say about ongoing 24/7 support.

What a bunch of crooks!! Sent me the wrong meds!! Definitely don’t recommend!!

They sent the medication to the wrong address, then refused to refund or replace it. They literally took $500 from me and I never got the product. Tried to dispute it with my credit card but they have some kind of agreement which enabled them to not be able to help me.
