Im happy that I chose Amble to help me with my weight loss journey. I started with Amble in mid-February at 212 lbs, and as of March 26 I’m down to 201 lbs. That’s about 11 pounds in a little over a month. The process was simple, everything is straightforward, and I’ve had no issues getting my medication or staying on track. What I’ve really noticed is how much it’s helped with portion control and feeling full faster, which has made a big difference in my eating habits. It’s not a magic fix—you still have to make better choices—but it definitely helps you stay consistent. So far, I’m really happy with my progress and plan to continue.
