Terrible service—completely…
Terrible service—completely disorganized. I started my treatment on February 22nd, and I have already been charged for three months. For the first two months, they sent me the exact same initial dosage, and in the third month, they sent only a minimal dosage increase. Now, when I log into the app, they want me to fill out all the forms again as if I were a new patient—even though they’ve already charged me for three months while keeping me on the same dosage. I’ve messaged the doctor via the app, but he doesn't reply; I’ve emailed Support, but they don't reply either. And whenever I access the app, it keeps prompting me to register as a new patient. They have absolutely no system for tracking dosages (they sent me the exact same dose twice, and I have the proof). They don't provide a phone number to call, and they refuse to answer via either the app or email. This is the worst customer service imaginable. I’m giving them one star only because I’m required to leave a rating to post this review. The absolute worst service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION.The problem is that I currently have the bottles with me—they have sent me the same initial dosage twice, yet I have been charged three times. They aren't responding to messages; how am I supposed to receive the same dosage again? The app shows "February: Cancelled," and indicates that previous shipments were delayed. Isn't that just poor organization? You don't mess around when it comes to health.
