Salma has been incredibly helpful. I am only on my second refill. I wanted to increase my dose, the request to increase dose was no available on my phone. I had to use my computer to find that option. After that, it was pretty smooth. Answered some questions from the doctor. Response was not immediate but it does state that response later due to volume so not surprised.
