Absolute trash app takes money and has a broken kyc that never works. Ticket and support doesn't help they just steal your money. I have used in the past and had good experience now they are scum money stealing scamsters. How company is not bankrupt is not insane.

I have initiated a transfer on 28th Aug and today is 02nd Oct and they haven't transferred or refunded my money. Absolute crap customer service and ethics. I am fighting for my money to be refunded.

SCAM. Their advertisement on higher remittance rate is simply a trap to hold your money for long time. They never transfer to the destination account. They will hold the transaction until the dispute timeline and then cancel the transaction without any confirmation. But the amount will not be credited to the source account as well as destination account. Nobody picks the call. They only respond in emails with auto generated emails. Chat support is maintained by chatbot and you receive only automated messages. Whenever we follow up on the complaint, they create another complaint number. Nothing will be on records. I got my amount back after 200+ days through physical check after raising multiple complaints, multiple email follow ups, posting my experience in every social media accounts. $1000 Transfer initiated in 2024 May and the amount credited in 2024 Dec. They are blaming that their partner bank is under bankrupt and the amount got stuck with their partners bank. But I see in play store reviews that they are still saying the same message even in 2026 Sep. Which means either they are still holding amount in the bank which is under bankruptcy or they are using this message to hold the customers amount for long time and do their business.

Worst service ever. I used it to for money transfer. Firstly, they take weeks to send yiur money, they hold your money for weeks, sometimes months. Secondly, they take days and days to respond to your query, you can't connect with them on a phone call. On top of that, thet are so terrible at responding to your query. They make sure that it takes weeks for your simple question answered. They will respond with questions to your questions. Worst app ever.

I have had a very frustrating experience with Abound Money Transfer. It has been more than three weeks, and my money still has not been transferred. According to the latest status update on their website, there appears to be a technical issue on their end. In comparison, my experience with other money transfer apps and services has been much more satisfactory, with transfers typically completed within 2–3 days. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Abound Money Transfer. I also do not plan to use this service again in the future.

Very very very worse, kindly dont use this service 1. They want your money in their control for a month - so they give all reasons. 2. Worst customer support ever. They will just respond to the mails but absolutely no action. They dont know the bugs even if we report it to them, so everything is deliberate.

My son in the USA started using abound recently, and we immediately noticed the better exchange rate compared to regular bank transfer

What I liked most was the transparency. The amount shown before transfer was exactly what got credited to my account in India
