I have ordered from J&M many times and have always received excellent service. My latest experience began with some disappointment, particularly because the item was intended as a birthday gift, but the response I received from Customer Service was exceptionally kind and professional. I was impressed with the way the issue was handled. They took my concern seriously and made a genuine effort to turn the experience into a positive one. Besides offering a replacement, they even provided a courtesy gift card, which was a very thoughtful and unexpected gesture. The Customer Service Agents showed excellent care and professionalism throughout the communication.

My experience with Johnston & Murphy has been nothing short of excellent. I've purchased two pairs of shoes from this brand over the course of the last year - both are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I did have an issue with a zipper on one pair, and J&M immediately responded with amazing customer service. I highly recommend this brand and shopping on their website! Top notch all they way.

I’ve bought three pairs of shoes from this store and all of them have given me a very good impression. The leather used feels great to the touch and it smells expensive, which is a good thing to justify the price you payed. Their design is positively accepted by everyone who see me wearing them. I happened to have a little issue with the laces in a pair of shoes, and their customer service was very helpful and efficiently fixed the problem. I still don’t know about the longevity of the shoes, but I’m confident they will last me a long time with proper care of the leather.
