I will never buy any products from J&M again. I had a pair of their better lines of shoes, the welt between the upper and sole failed while in the rain after less than 10 wears, and they would not take an exchange or fix them, the shoes were ruined. Why spend money on a brand that treats people like this? Spend the same or a little extra on a shoe with a higher build quality and a company that doesn't run from what should be their obligations.

I have ordered from J&M many times and have always received excellent service. My latest experience began with some disappointment, particularly because the item was intended as a birthday gift, but the response I received from Customer Service was exceptionally kind and professional. I was impressed with the way the issue was handled. They took my concern seriously and made a genuine effort to turn the experience into a positive one. Besides offering a replacement, they even provided a courtesy gift card, which was a very thoughtful and unexpected gesture. The Customer Service Agents showed excellent care and professionalism throughout the communication.

DO NOT WORK HERE. they post the job as paying $17 an hour and then once you're done with training they bump you down to $12. They make you sell thousands of dollars of expensive mens wear but can't pay you more than Claire's or McDonald's would. As a full time sales associate when the manager goes on medical leave and the assistant manager never shows up again they will schedule you for open to close ten hour shifts BY YOURSELF FOR OVER SEVEN MONTHS and then proceed to fire you over leaving an "I'll be back" sign when you leave to feed yourself during your TEN HOUR SHIFT. Don't work here, don't shop here, go get their shoes at Macy's or von maur cuz they're probably on sale at those stores anyways. Just don't waste your time 👎🏻

Terrible customer service. Didn’t bother to tell me shoes were out of stock that I ordered. Now I’m leaving the country tmrw and no shoes

My experience with Johnston & Murphy has been nothing short of excellent. I've purchased two pairs of shoes from this brand over the course of the last year - both are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I did have an issue with a zipper on one pair, and J&M immediately responded with amazing customer service. I highly recommend this brand and shopping on their website! Top notch all they way.

I’m a new customer. Received a guest gift card for Christmas. Purchased an item online. Four days later they sent me an email saying that I had canceled my own order. Called them about it and they stated that in fact they didn’t have the inventory. Could not give me a reason why they blamed the change on me versus taking accountability for it. Won’t be back.

Service is a 0. FedEx never came.
