Disappointed
Initially I was very pleased with the salesman since he knew immediately what I was looking for. We completed the transaction online and I was told shipping would be $16 which seems high to me, but was told that if it was just sent through traditional mail the item would break. Immediately after we completed the transaction and the call dropped at my end I went online and saw where there was a coupon code I could have used and would have used had I ordered this online. I immediately contacted the company to ask if they would give me a credit for the difference to which they said no. This cannot be done because the item has already been shipped. I question that because how can you ship an item in less than 45 minutes. Anyway I asked if I could cancel and redo the transaction and again I was told no. Like anyone else I want and need to save money where possible and feel I was significantly overcharged for shipping, giving me that 20% credit would have at least partially offset shipping cost. Very disappointed ultimately with this transaction because of the lack of cooperation and proper customer service.
