You think that this company (JOHNNY LAW MOTORS) would help the customer resolve the issue at hand but no! Bad business ethics!!

Purchased a 36" steering DD shaft and universals. 2 weeks later I received universals but no 36" shaft. After emailing them they sent me phone number - I called and they said 36" DD shaft was on Backorder. It took a Month and two weeks to get the Shaft.

Bought from them on eBay. Received one item out of a kit, rest was missing. Selling when they didn't have stock. Told it was being shipped 'next week' 4 times. 6 weeks now so I asked for a refund, but they want me to return what I haven't received. How do I do that? So looks like I've been ripped off! Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole!

Caveat Emptor ~ Buyer Beware! Before you buy anything from this Company; check eBay because you can buy most things cheaper; I found out the hard way! What should have cost me a total of $116 for seat belts and anchors; ended up costing me $158 because of their deceptive marketing practices and exorbitant shipping and handling charges . The product itself is pretty good; but, dealing with them is less than a pleasant experience!

Shipped me a Zirgo Radiator Hose that was opened when I received it, I think it was returned defective restocked and shipped to me. I sent it back they received it 5/2/2018 it is now 5/16/2018 and after two phone calls they told me the same story it is in the warehouse being processed I don't think it takes two weeks to process one item BUYER BEWARE!!! UPDATE After three week & no refund I called again,I asked to speak to manager Elliot got on the phone & I told him it's been three weeks & still no refund,he said he would make sure it was sent today 5-22-18 but he would only refund my 59.25 but not the 16.21 I paid to ship this used & defected part back. I could understand this if I ordered the wrong part or changed my mind ,but it was returned because the shipped me a used 7 defected part.I received the 59.25 but I turned it over to the BBB Northwest ( DuPont, WA )
