Hi Olusoji, Thanks for the feedback. It is exciting to hear you speak of growth and development as a leaders. Each of us often have way more influence in our surrounding that we realize. It is usually not until we begin to grow and develop both personally and professionally that we really start to realize the full extent of our influence possibility. I love to say that "Expectations are set to be exceeded" What a wonderful feeling is to have our expectations exceeded and it would be our desire here at the JMT that each and every JMTer would make it their desire as well to exceed the expectations of the people that they influence and speak into through their coaching, speaking, and training. Hi Olufemi, Thanks for the feedback. Here at the JMT it would be our desire to do all that we can to help you grow and develop into the leader that you were designed and created to be. You are right Olufemi, the faculty and staff that we have pouring into our team is outstanding and the resources and influence we have access to leverage both personally and professionally is unheard of in most situations. But all of those this for not unless we seize the opportunities before us and so I want to encourage you to continue to grow and develop as a leader and to step into every "right" opportunity that is before you. Go out and make a leadership difference in our world Oluferni! Yours In Growth & Success Member Services
