Greetings, Thanks for the feedback. I think there may have been some misunderstanding about the bonus that came with your mentorship enrollment. As a new member you are required to attend the main event in order to complete your certification as a John Maxwell Team Certified Coach, Speaker, Trainer and so at the February event you would not have been able to attend the mentorship training track because of your need to attend & complete the certification training. However as a part of your enrollment into the mentorship program you were given a pre-recorded DISC training bonus that is located on the online platform under the mentorship tab. Then on the right side of the page click on the menu tab titled "“New Member” Mentorship Bonus Resources". I will re-email you your password to log into the special training that came with your mentorship enrollment. I hope this clears up any confusion. If you have any questions or need any assistance in any way feel free to contact member services at [email protected]. Yours In Growth & Success Member Services.
