Avoid JODOGO if your trip is important. We paid USD 1,092 for a premium Meet & Greet service that, according to our client, was never delivered. Despite repeated requests, JODOGO did not provide the documentary evidence we requested, changed its explanation several times during the dispute, and initially processed only a partial refund without our agreement. The lack of transparency, accountability and professionalism throughout the process was extremely disappointing. UPDATE: Following several weeks of discussions and after the matter was escalated to senior management, JODOGO has now processed a full refund. I appreciate that Deepak ultimately chose to resolve the matter and honor his commitment. While the final outcome was satisfactory, I still believe the issue could have been handled more transparently and efficiently from the outset.

I highly recommend avoiding this arrival meet and greet service. It is a complete rip-off. No Actual Service: There is no specialized team (like JODOGO) providing a premium experience. The ground staff simply meet you and walk you out of the airport. Zero Assistance: They absolutely do not help you with luggage, lines, or anything else in any meaningful way. A Fraction of the Price Locally: Instead of wasting your money paying in US dollars upfront, you can literally just ask any available ground staff at the airport. They will happily help you out for just 200 INR to 300 INR. I completely wasted my money on this booking. Learn from my mistake and do not waste yours!

A smooth, stress‑free experience at CDG

I was panicking when thinking about all the luggage I had to get to my 30-45 min away caraousel..with a toddler alone. Looked up any luggage service..found Jodogo .. they were responsive RIGHT away... I only was expecting them to grab my luggage and check them in. Let me be on my way.. No.. they went ABOVE and BEYOND. They personally stayed with me..checked me in..took my purse, laptop..my bags..walked me through TSA..took me to my lounge.. waited while I took up food for my daughter..enjoyed my meal.. then also grabbed me from the lounge to the last leg of boarding my flight. When I say I had absolutely NO ISSUES...no issues AT ALL!!! I would recommend anyone..especially single parents as myself to use the service. Especially to a far away carasoul...Top knotch! I was so elated..I talked Andrews ear off at how easy it was! I'll be using the service going back home!
