Avoid Jodogo
Avoid JODOGO if your trip is important. We paid USD 1,092 for a premium Meet & Greet service that, according to our client, was never delivered. Despite repeated requests, JODOGO did not provide the documentary evidence we requested, changed its explanation several times during the dispute, and initially processed only a partial refund without our agreement. The lack of transparency, accountability and professionalism throughout the process was extremely disappointing. UPDATE: Following several weeks of discussions and after the matter was escalated to senior management, JODOGO has now processed a full refund. I appreciate that Deepak ultimately chose to resolve the matter and honor his commitment. While the final outcome was satisfactory, I still believe the issue could have been handled more transparently and efficiently from the outset.
