The customer service option is horrible! Only one option is email: I mean, a chat option would be nice. But I digress, the real issue is that after I paid and received my "Magic Link" to access my report after like 45 minutes, it gave me a "Report Not Available" error. I should of known not to trust a company that only has an email option for support, and not even a chat option. If they correct the issue, I will change my review, if not, stay clear of this service/company.

Do not recommend. They don’t tell you that you’ll have to pay $30 to access the results until after you take the test, and even then I suspect their results are 100% randomized. I indicated several times that my greatest weakness is attention to detail. The top four career options they suggested were: 1. Quality Assurance Engineer 2. UI/UX Design 3. Contract Specialist 4. Financial Advisor All four require, as their primary skill, attention to detail (and extra degrees, which I said I was not interested in pursuing as I already hold a master’s). They managed to completely ignore my inputs and suggest careers for which I am entirely unqualified. Avoid.

I spent 30 minutes doing the survey, and the results failed to be sent to me at the end. Super frustrating experience. The only thing they found to say: please email us @support email.

The results felt like a really cruel joke. Struggling to figure out my next steps and was really excited to see what was recommended. Each job was completely unattainable, seemingly only available to individuals with artistic skills and industry connects. Felt like they asked a kindergarten class what they wanted to be when they grew up and pasted the answers here. Deeply disappointed. It seems like they do not take any answers or skills into account. What a joke.

The site offers insightful questions but will not offer any results unless you pay for them. This information is not shared beforehand, so you only learn it will cost AFTER you spend 20 minutes answering questions. If you're not willing to spend $30 minimum for your results, don't waste your time answering the questions.

I am frustrated by taking a half hour test just to find out I have to pay 35$ for results at the very end. Not cool :/

Waste of money. Recommended jobs have zero alignment to the skills assessment results. Every single one of my recommended jobs has top qualities I was bad at and everything I was good at was at the bottom as basically irrelevant. It’s a scam.
