I worked with Shannon Ring. Her coaching helped me reconnect with clarity and courage. Her intuitive presence and gentle challenge created a safe space for meaningful transformation. She didn’t just guide me—she walked beside me, helping me see new possibilities and trust my own instincts. She also offered expert guidance on formatting my resume for modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), which led to an increase in interview offers. The system Jobtest.org has in makes it easy to schedule appointments and find information.

I had a fantastic experience using this job quiz site. The process was smooth from start to finish, the quiz answered quickly without any glitches, and I was impressed by the level of detail in the questions. They were thoughtful and insightful, which really made me reflect on my skills, preferences, and career goals. The comprehensive report at the end broke down my results clearly, with suggestions I could actually use. Highly recommend it to anyone exploring job options or wanting deeper insight into their professional direction.

Coach Linda Leake did an amazing job of helping me focus, gather information, make decisions, and move forward with my job search. I could not have asked for more. She is professional, positive, and very knowledgeable.

I worked with Coach Christine Allen this summer, as I found myself at a crossroads in my career. She asked great questions and assigned exercises that really got me thinking about what I want to do next. Her insights gave me the confidence to apply for a job that I previously thought was out of my reach, and the networking strategies she shared enabled me to find a contact at the company. I have now started that job and I'm so grateful to Christine for her support.

Christine Allen is my job coach. She is very approachable and relatable. She has taken my personal and unique situation and goals very seriously, and meets me where I am. She also has wonderful insight and her coaching style resonates with me very much.

I began working with Julie Williams in March 2025 as I transitioned from nearly 20 years in federal service to the private sector. From day one, she was the right fit. Julie answered every question, brought structure to my job research, worked with me (Marlo did too) to update my resume, and ran focused interview prep. We met every other week for five months, which kept me accountable, and she was flexible shifting sessions when interviews popped up so I could be ready. Her market insight is spot-on. More than once, the exact questions we practiced showed up word-for-word in my interviews, and the advice she gave me echoed what hiring managers said. When I received an offer, she guided me through the counteroffer process and helped me secure stronger terms. Julie is present, prepared, and fully engaged in YOU during every session. If you’re making a major career move and want straight talk, structure, and results, work with Julie Williams.
