I really appreciated the whole test experience. They assessed my personality as well as career goals and desires. It seemed very thorough and they assessed everything from a very wholistic perspective. Personality + desires and then gave more details on their recommendations for you and the next steps you would need to take if you wanted to pursue it

My coach Michelle was great in helping me clarify my path and open my mind to different options that I’ve put off limits. Reason for the 4-star is because the report didn’t give me as much info as I thought it would and it had issues showing up for my coach which complicated some things. Sure it’s not a common issue though.

Very insightful and helpful in setting me in a direction.

Asked a lot of questions that truly felt targeted to figure out what I could do for a job, making sure not only my wants for salary are met, but also my needs for a work environment.

I am already seen by a job coach but jobtest.org was shared with me. I took the test and it provided options at the end of the test to purchase the test, purchase test and get 1 hour job coach or purchase test, 1 hour job coach and get LinkedIn and Resume refresh. I opted for the 2nd option for the 1 hour consult. I had Kristen Kenner and I was pleasantly surprised with what she fit into an hour session. We reviewed my test and suggested positions, reviewed my resume and she gave me suggestions to cleanup and went out to LinkedIn to show me how to take course and network. I definitely think the $150 is worth the 1 hour consult and all of the advice and tips I received. Only feedback that Kristen took back to the team was the positions didn’t seem to take into account what I am wanting to do. Yes I can do those jobs but I am looking for less stress at this point in my life and it didn’t seem to account for that.

It was pretty cool. Definitely very thorough, so the options did feel like they aligned with my personality. They gave me the package for free, provided that I review them, so I didn't pay anything.

The questions were very detailed and made me think about what I would like my job possibilities to be like. Also it took into account personal/family time factors.

Took the career assessment quiz on a whim and I'm very happy I did. The questions were in-depth, and the analysis was very insightful. I was torn between two paths that I have a good deal of experience in and the analysis very clearly pointed to one over the other. Jen Earls is a great career coach. Our hour session was informative, educational, and inspirational. I enjoyed working through my career goals with her. As another reviewer mentioned, it was very impressive how much was covered in our allotted time together. I have a new outlook, more direction, and some mini goals to work toward now. I may also reach out to her again for some additional services offered. Overall, it was really good bang for my buck considering this is my career.
