I was paired up with Josee who handled the prep, session itself, and follow up with care. We were able to have a really insightful discussion about my answers to the test & I received the clarity I was looking for by following through with the post-session resources that were shared with me. I would recommend the test & coaching session for anyone that wants to take inventory of the range of options available to them for their next career move.

Linda Lutz is a very knowledgeable coach that can guide you over the hurdles to your most desired career. She is organized dependable and a joy to work with.

This is a great resource I stumbled across in my Google research. I've been contemplating a career shift for some time and I took the Job Test career test. I saw that there were options to review my results with a career coach and I ultimately signed up for biweekly sessions with Jen Earls. In addition to accountability, Jen guided me to online and local resources that I wasn't aware of. Beyond that, she is so kind and supportive and has given me the confidence to pursue a career in interior design. She celebrates my progress each time we meet, which isn't something I'm naturally inclined to do. I feel like I've gained a lot of direction and stability and I hope my future job is as suited to me as Jen's is to her!

Honestly, I had modest expectations for this initial session. I expect to be assigned a junior counselor that I would not relate to well. I experienced the complete opposite. Candace is highly experienced and quickly discerned my unique scenario. I’ve been around the block (4 decades of work) but Candace still surprised me. Her experience was well matched to mine so the session was exceptional. (And no, I don’t usually write glowing reviews like this.)

I think the career suggestions were well suited to my personality and interests. I really enjoyed talking to Rita as she went into further depth of my career options and was able to connect all my different experiences into one story. She was able to connect the dots that I have struggled to connect myself.

The questions were very detailed and results were spot on.

Great test! Very accurate.

Talking with Candace was very easy. I felt like she very quickly understood where I was coming from and what my interests were. It was great to hear some independent confirmations of my interests and possible directions!
