The test results were accurate. The system-generated corresponding jobs was OK. The most valuable part, for me, was working with Candace Barr. We had excellent conversation. It was kind, focused and concise. She was able to take the personality results, understand my story and validate where I am at and where I want to go. Once we synchronized, Candace then made specific recommendations for me to focus on and outlined next steps we can work on together should I chose to pay for extended career coaching with her. She is very astute and can grasp people very well. Thank you, Candace!

The job test was pretty helpful. On a whim I decided to try the premium package with the coaching session and Candace Barr was very helpful in giving context to my results and on providing resources and feedback to help me gain direction on my career goals.

I had a coaching session with Nicole Ellis, she did an outstanding job as a coach not only guiding me through what the other end of a job hunt is like (Which I believe she had 15+ years of experience as a recruiter), she also helped me figuring out where can I best put my skills and values toward specific position and roles that would give me not only financial fulfillment but also career fulfillment as a whole. More than recommend this coaching service to anyone, even those who are like myself that are new to the job market and not understanding what values we can bring to the table.

They have a beginning survey that is easy to answer and offers insightful clues to what career would be good for me. I'm seeing a lot of benefits and I haven't spent anything yet!

After taking the test, which was thorough and interesting, I was presented with the results and several options. The career coaching session with Jen Earls was fantastic, we discussed my history and my interests along with things I enjoyed about the work I had been doing, this lead to several options in areas to investigate and avenues to explore. The additional information and support with the job searching has been fantastic and I recommend the services for anyone looking for some stepping stones to navigate their career search journey.

I was honestly apprehensive about trying this, it could very easily be a scam. I took an assessment and got paired with a coach who shared my values and desires. Nicole truly listened to me and we made a really great connection right away. The introduced me to many things, including positions and industries, that I had never even heard of. I am quite excited to see what the future holds, and I think jobtest is helping me move in the correct dirrection.
