I was skeptical at first but Michelle Licata changed my mind almost immediately after my first conversation with her. Definitely worth it if you are looking for a career coach. I was expecting just to get some quick resume tips and be done with it. Michelle ended up coaching me for a couple months, meeting every other week. Ultimately, it’s what you make of it; but I would say the best coaches in the game.

This was my first time meeting with a career coach, and Michelle Licata offered amazing insight into my career journey. She showed that she genuinely cared about helping me achieve success. I was given valuable direction and steps toward my next career chapter.

I was looking to make a career transition so I took the test and scheduled a coaching session. Candace Barr helped me narrow down which career options would suit my personality traits. She gave me good resources to research different jobs I found interesting. And a roadmap on pursuing different career.

Just had the initial interview/meeting with Corey Bott and it was great!!! He provided me with a lot of helpful information and I’m excited about my future career and plans.

Colin Lubbe gave me great insight into a potential way forward in my future career (or potential careers). The hour session went by so quickly as Colin gave great insights into my potential strengths and pathways to move forward. He also offered many additional resources to help me after our call.

Josee provided helpful insights and resources to guide me in a career shift.

Finding the website was easy!

I had a great experience with JobTest.org and working with Nicole as my career counselor. I had a few visits with her that helped to confirm my career direction, and refine my LinkedIn and resume. Shortly after begining work with her I was offered and accepted an entry level position in my new field of choice. Nicole was thoughtful, thorough, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this service.
