And WOW! - Personality type and POTENTIAL monthly salary (!!) - Detailed analysis of personality strengths and weaknesses with HELPFUL suggestions to improve It’s hard to tell during the test, but the results are VERY uplifting, critical without being insulting, and inspiring all around. Marlo was great about tailoring the experience to what I was needing each week depending on what interviews I had going on. We worked on the foundation of where I was at when I signed up and then came up with action items to progress each week.
