I've been tailoring resumes for years, and over time you pick up a few things. But in the current job search environment there are so many factors to consider, and so many other capable candidates to compete with, you really need a complete strategy to shine and get noticed. While my resume was already configured for ATS, I worked with Becca Kronenbitter to refine my resume as well as my personal branding strategy. She is easy to talk to, professional, and very knowledgable about the subject in general. After just a couple of contacts I've already worked with her to create a new resume and submitted for a role that is a step up from my current level. I feel confident that, even if I don't get called for an interview, the my application will be viewed and taken seriously.

Stumbled upon Jobtest after seeing an ad and decided to give it a shot since I had been wanting a career change but wasn't sure where to start. I agree with others reviews that it kind of sucks you don't find out until the end that there is a cost to view your results. I had the pleasure of working with Queen Ofori as my coach and found her incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She coached me on steps to take to explore new career paths and helped me revise my resume/linkedin to aid in the pivot to a new career.
