Jobtest.orgReviews of jobtest.org

I took the test on a bit of a lark and was intrigued by the offer of affordable career coaching paired with my jobtest results. I am so happy I went for it! Talking to Marlo Ramirez helped me clarify my ambitions and hopes. I was able to admit that I felt ready to return to the workforce (a year earlier than planned) and together we thought it through and made clear, actionable, achievable plans each session that I was able to carry out to reach my goal. Six weeks later, I'm graduating from her excellent coaching services and spreading my wings - I'm hiring childcare and entering a training program and become a Data Scientist. I hope to return to Marlo for her stellar encouragement, advice, and accountability whenever I'm ready to chart out the path to my next career "level up".

Julie MacWilliams is incredibly affirming, helpful, and kind! She has been such a gift to me and has given great guidance

Julie MacWilliams has been very helpful guiding me toward obtaining additional training and certifications to bolster my credentials. In our most recent session, our discussion in regards to adjustments with my resume and linkedIn accounts was very helpful. I am hopeful for new job opportunities in my future.

I’ve been working with Julie MacWilliams for a few weeks now and found her through the Jobtest best match survey. Since starting with her, I’ve had a clear direction on what to do during the search process. I have also had tremendous luck on everything due to my optimized LinkedIn, resume, and cover-letters. Interview prep has given me so much confidence too. Within the first 2 weeks, I got a job offer and interviews/opportunities are still streaming in. I am so thankful for this experience and feel so much better about this whole process thanks to Julie & Jobtest.

I know I have a variety of skills but I have no idea which direction to go in. I've been working with Candace Barr to help find my path forward and it is so helpful to get guidance from a seasoned professional with a wide set of career knowledge. I like that we had an in-depth into session, followed by 30-minute coaching sessions. I'm currently doing every other week while I figure out my direction, but I think I might switch to weekly sessions once its time to really get these applications going. I like that I have the flexibility to change our meeting frequency. Candace encourages me to email between sessions too if I have anything to share. We work through imporant topics in our coaching sessions, then she gives me some 'homework' to do between sessions. I am an extreme procrastinator when it comes to things I don't want to do and I feel emotionally scarred from the last time I was job searching alone a few years ago, so I have difficulty getting myself to actually get the job search process going. Having a coach that I am accountable to lights a bit of a motivational fire for me to actually do the thing. I'm hoping that this job search will be much better than the last one, now that I have an expert helping me use my time and energy towards finding a fulfilling career. I have only had my intro session & 1 coaching session so far, so I will update this review later once I've landed a new job and give you my full detailed experience working with jobtest.org and my coach.

Nicole helped me up my resume game. She also helped me actualize what I want in my career and what skills I already have and utilize.

The quiz was very detailed which made me feel they were getting a personalized answer. Which is what I look forward to in a career service. Also, the website was very easy to navigate through. Thank you,

I just had a scoping session with my new career coach, Becca Kronenbitter, and she's awesome! Very experienced, knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and a good listener. I'm really looking forward to future strategy meetings with her
