I was looking to understand my skills/strengths, and ideal career path. So far I've gone a bit blind, and tried various roles in many industries. I ended up meeting with Christen Frank, who helped me understand why I may feel unfulfilled in certain tasks & projects in my day-day. She instilled the right mindset in me to not operate from a place of necessity & scarcity, and showed me how I can move forward with my career.

Becca Kronenbitter came up as a high match for me, and as a highly-rated coach -- and for good reason. Becca was sympathetic to my needs, listened attentively, and was empathetic in her coaching, providing a strong question/feedback loop to help guide me. Sometimes, when you venture into these conversations, your brain can be scattered and hence the conversation is unfocused; Becca gently guided me back to real solutions. I had a meeting with Tom Chapman in Wednesday and I really look forward to our follows up meetings. I'm glad he was open to listening to me and gave me suggestions to see what the next steps will be.

I had 1 session with Rita Obi of Jobtest.org, and I was floored by her insight and ability to cut through the noise I threw at her in our introductory session (I tend to yap!) in order to give me the clarity I needed to remain on my current path and not give up or shrink away.
