Marlo was extremely friendly and explained my personality assessment and how it would influence my job search effectively! She also explained how to strategize my job search in detail. She has a very pleasant personality and is easy to talk to which makes a difference since searching for a new job can be such a stressful task.

I loved working with my career counselor, Christen Frank who guided me to some resources that have helped me further in my search for a new career that I believe aligns with my values. I like that Christen emphasizes what you value in a career and she helps in finding those values and interests that I have that help me in finding a career that fits me well. Additionally, Christen is incredibly kind and includes with her positivity and optimism that no challenge is too big for her.

I have been feeling stuck in my career and, after reading some reviews, decided to try career coaching through Jobtest.org. I have a had two sessions so far with Tom Chapman. Tom has helped me to look at my values and personality and how they align with my career experience as well as talents. Tom has also helped me to set out goals of exploring different types of career paths. While I was feeling stuck before, I am beginning to see all of the possibilities for the next steps of my career.

I’m currently working with Julie MacWilliams and couldn’t be happier with my decision to use Jobtest to connect with her. I’ve had a very colaberative experience so far and Julie’s professionalism has helped open my mind to recognize my strengths and skills. Working on scoping my personal strategy to further my career with Christen Frank was very energizing. After feeling like I have been at the mercy of the markets for most of my career, I now have an outline to help me get back into the driver's seat and take control of the ride. I really like jobtest.org especially as I am trying to figure out what the next steps are in my life.
