I'm currently working with Christine Allen and she's been tremendous. She has constructed a detailed and organized action plan to reach our goals. I would highly recommend her services.

To be honest at first I was skeptical about the "career coaching" service because i didn't really have a positive experience in the past. However I recently landed a new job after just 3 weeks of working with Julie, something I never thought would happen so quickly! Her guidance was truly invaluable in helping me clarify my goals and create a clear game plan. She didn’t just offer generic advice; she helped me map out specific, achievable milestones and gave me the tools to stay focused and organized throughout the job search. What stood out most was how personalized her coaching was. She really took the time to understand my unique strengths and challenges, which made me feel more confident and prepared in my approach. Julie’s support kept me motivated and on track, and she was always there with encouraging feedback and practical tips when I needed them most. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed in your job search, I highly recommend working with Julie. She’ll help you find direction and empower you to take control of your career journey.

Personally I needed this, I was completely lost in this site helped me find my direction, it doesn't show you exactly the path you're going to enjoy the most but it gives you an idea to where to go and to search for, definitely recommend it if feel lost in life

I worked with Julie for job search, application and interview coaching. She was excellent and provided invaluable advice and feedback. One of the best things we did was interview preparation. She gave honest feedback, constructive criticism, and meaningful advice. We worked together for about a month and in that time I was more than prepared for all of my interviews and was able to secure an offer from my first choice. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for career advancement. Additionally, she is a good person who cares that her customers succeed. She is classy and professional, but also warm and encouraging. 5 stars all the way around!

I had an initial meeting with career coach Tom Chapman and it was very helpful. We had great rapport and I came away with a clearer understanding of how to improve my resume and some ideas about next steps.

Jennifer (Jen) Johnson broke every stereotype for what a career coach can do! She walked me through my assessment including how it used data points to align my ideas with what is out there, job avenues to pursue, and even next steps for my journey to my right place. I am so hopeful now and happy to move forward with more 1:1's. Many people are nice (because they have to be) but not everyone is kind. She was so kind and respectful of meeting me where I am and helping me break out of my box.

Coach Kristen was a great sounding board and really listened to what I had to say after reviewing the Jobtest results. She was able to my feedback from our conversation and suggest different career paths that incorporated the test results, but were better aligned to in directions that sparked my interest. Very grateful for the discussion.
