I met Zanetta via JobTest. Zanetta's guidance was transformative. In just one month, she helped me identify critical gaps in my job search strategy. Her insights into the current market were invaluable, enabling me to refine my approach. Thanks to Zanetta, I now feel confident and well-equipped to navigate this competitive job landscape.

Tom Chapman helped me quite a bit during our session. Not only did he build rapport, but he was able to help me see this job is to help me put words to my feelings about my career. After that, I will be able to narrow the field of possible career choices. He also helped me to see thar there may be other areas that I ought to consider that can utilize my same values and goals.

I had 5 sessions with Elisha and she was very helpful with helping me prepare for my interviews. When I signed up for coaching I was still applying to jobs so we started off by mapping my career perspectives and attitudes, but we put that on pause once I got an interview. I am skilled in my field but typically don't perform well on interviews so I end up not getting offers for jobs even when I am fully qualified. Elisha helped me structure my responses and practice interview questions, and the interviews finally went well, as I approached them with more confidence and preparedness. When I finally got an offer, she helped me with the negotiation and analyzing pros and cons of the new potential job.

The first time I used Jobtest.org, I was disappointed with the test as I am trying to make a career change and it told me the jobs I had already done. But this second time around, I'm so happy to see the customer service team took my feedback into consideration and actually used it to update their test! This time around, I'm also working with Coach Erin, who is so considerate and amazing. She's such a cheerleader and a bright light. Her advice is awesome, and welcomed. I truly do believe she listens to her clients and I can't wait to work with her again.

I just had a session with Sasha G. What a breath of fresh air to get someone who can atriculate my goals into actionable next steps. Thank you!

The questionnaire on jobtest.org is comprehensive, and gives a person the chance to really reflect on what they want out of a career, life, and the balance between them. It goes beyond the demographic data of typical recruiter-style job finders, and gets into the things that a person wouldn't generally associate with searching for the right career fit. It is a benefit for anyone that has hit the proverbial wall in their careers and want to see what is out there for them, in areas they may not normally consider.

Sasha and I connected instantly. She listened attentively to my story, offering insightful prompts at just the right moments. Her thoughtful questions helped me gain clarity and focus on what I truly want in the next stage of my career. Sasha provides clear guidance on what to do, when, how, and why to do it. She is absolutely worth both your time and investment.
