The care everyone has taken at Jobtest to create a thorough analysis of who you are as a person is second to none. The evaluation test that helps guide your next career move is entertaining and provides deep insight into what it is you care about in a job. Then add the private coaching on top of this package and you're taken to the next level. I worked with Linda Lutz and she is fantastic! She had tailored advice for me that took the stress out of the search for my next role. Thank you Linda!

Working with Coach Linda Leake was one of the most impactful professional investments I’ve made in my career. I came to Linda as a senior nonprofit and global development leader at a moment of transition: clear on my values and experience, but needing sharper clarity on how to articulate my strengths, navigate a complex job market, and position myself for executive-level roles. Linda brought a rare combination of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and practical coaching that met me exactly where I was, and then pushed me further. What made Linda exceptional was her ability to translate assessment data into action. She helped me deeply understand my leadership profile, decision-making style, and motivators, and then coached me on how to use that insight to: Clarify my executive narrative and career direction Strengthen my confidence and presence in high-stakes conversations Make smarter, values-aligned career decisions Communicate my experience in a way that resonates with boards, recruiters, and senior stakeholders Linda doesn’t offer cookie-cutter advice. She listens closely, asks incisive questions, and helps you connect the dots between who you are, how you lead, and where you want to go. Her coaching sharpened not just my resume and interviews, but my self-trust as a leader. I recommend Coach Linda Leake wholeheartedly to anyone navigating career transition, leadership growth, or executive positioning. Her guidance continues to shape how I show up professionally, and the clarity I gained has had a lasting impact on my trajectory.

Zanetta helped me get a much higher paying job. She was especially helpful with focusing on what I should pursue and the job interview process. Well worth the money.

Looking for a new career is one of the greatest trials in many people's lives- in my life, anyway. My coach & mentor, Julia MacWilliams, served as a bright light on my journey. She was patient, yet assertive with me, helping me to decide next steps and keep things in perspective. I wish I could give Julia and Jobtest 6 stars! Every session I spent with Julia paid off tenfold and I am so grateful.
