The product does what it set out to do. The insights are largely accurate (not perfect, but few things can be) and actionable. I think this is a better tool for a mature user who already has some solid work experience or at least someone with a thorough understanding of the modern job market.

I feel the test is the first stepping stone that gives a generalization for you. Next my coach Sonya Mead is great, she road mapped what we will do next, and keep whittling it down and align my goals, personality, morals, along with cover letter and resume to my LinkedIn account so everything will align and lead me to a career/job. I took this interview and paid the $30~ because I wanted to explore avenues outside of the ones I had been struggling to find stability in. Wouldn't recommend it to people who don't know where to start, but if you have a handful of industries you may want to explore, the website gives insightful advice. The paywall and timer is a bit much though.

The test itself was very comprehensive and I felt the results fit me well. The open ended questions could use some work.

I have been considering a career change and working with Sophia was great. She helped me find some potential options that are related to the aspects of my current job that I enjoy. She also taught me how to search through LinkedIn for opportunities I may have missed how I used to search. The best piece of help/advice she gave was to apply for jobs that I meet 80% of the requirements for and not to focus on the 20% I don't meet.
