Sloppy marketing efforts. Sent me an email without looking at my profile. Where in the world did they get the idea I was looking for a "career change?" Clearly, I've been an entrepreneur for over 40 years. I do not work for others; they work for me. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy!

Do not bother with this service. It asks how interested you are in certain roles and then recommends them based on your interest. It does not provide additional possibilities or fields that you could consider. In addition, they are continually trying to upsell you and then you will have coaches reaching out and trying to sell you their services. I feel like a sucker for paying for the results. I wish I could rewind and get my money back.

Why wouldn’t they say I have to pay from the get-go. What scummy people. Even played a video trying to upsell my their services.

I purchased their report, which provided essentially no true insight. They just took my degree and the common jobs from that degree. Then, when I looked into their coaching, I realized that the "testimonials" for their coaches are copied word for word across several coaches, only changing the name of the coach. Seems to be a lazy attempt at making visitors think the coaches are good, something so basic, I would not trust my career with this company.

I was working with a career coach for 2 months paying a biweekly subscription for biweekly meetings. The career coach asked to cancel a meeting, to which I replied and asked for a new date. No reply. 2 weeks later she didn't attend the zoom meeting, so I emailed again, no reply. I leave a linkedin message, can see she read it, and still no reply. A career coach should at least have professionalism.

CLEAR bait and switch. It actually costs a ridiculous amount of money even though the ad says “free”. So disappointing.

They sell your information. I put my phone number in their system and am immediately getting spam calls constantly since. I haven't put my phone number in ANYTHING new except this.
