Working with Elisha Austin has been an absolute game‑changer for my career. In just three months, she completely transformed my professional presence—revamping my résumé, elevating my LinkedIn profile, and sharpening my communication skills with recruiters. The difference has been incredible. Because of her coaching, I landed three job interviews in a short span, and I now have more opportunities lining up every week. Recruiters are consistently reaching out to me thanks to the strong, polished brand she helped me build. Elisha’s guidance is clear, practical, and tailored. She knows how to bring out your strengths, position your experience effectively, and boost your confidence in interviews. Her support has opened doors I didn’t think I’d reach this quickly! If you’re serious about leveling up your career, I can’t recommend Elisha enough. She’s the real deal, and the results speak for themselves.

I began working with my coach Zanetta Siciliano about two years ago with the goal of advancing my marketing career. Over time, my path shifted dramatically, and I made the decision to leave the corporate world entirely. What impressed me most was her ability to seamlessly guide me through this transition — offering the same level of clarity, structure, and strategic insight even as my goals moved far outside my original objectives. Her guidance was instrumental in helping me define a new professional identity, build confidence in working for myself, and make thoughtful, courageous choices that have improved every area of my life. She brings a rare combination of empathy, expertise, and vision that have genuinely changed my life. I'm profoundly grateful for her impact and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a coach who can support both career growth and deeper personal evolution.

Worth the money to help get to know yourself even more when you are feeling so stuck. So far found some job titles I didn’t know existed but seem very exciting to explore.

I had an excellent experience working with Rebecca Kronenbitter as my coach! She is very caring and empathetic while also being very organized and efficient with our use of time. She helped me stay focused on what mattered most and make lasting improvements to my networking and job search process. She helped me gain clarity in what I was looking for and gain skills and confidence in going after it.

I went to Jobtest.org because I wasn’t happy with the direction my career was heading, and I didn’t have a clue what I wanted to pivot to. Jobtest gave me a placement/aptitude test that was able to give me some guidance for what I liked and didn’t like, but more importantly it put me in contact with a career coach named Shannon Ring. I paid for about 7-8 30-minute coaching sessions with Shannon over the course of about 3 months. Her process for helping me figure out what I liked and didn’t like from first principles—what my personal values are, whether or not the roles I have had previously aligned with those values, and what kinds of future roles *would* align with those values—helped to direct my focus for finding a role I would enjoy that I could easily transition over to with my current experience. Shannon was very patient and encouraging the entire time, and helped me to be honest with myself about what I was looking for in a future role. I have a solid idea of what I’m looking for for my next job, and I have Shannon to thank for that.

I wanted to take a moment and recommend Zanetta as both a coach and mentor. I was dissatisfied with my work and looking to figure out something that was both more meaningful and fulfilling. She helped guide me and direct me to find a path that would meet those requirements for me. In addition, when my company was in the process of downsizing, she helped give me the confidence in myself to take a leap of faith to find that new job and leave on my own terms. She was able to provide the tools and the pathway to find my next opportunity. I'm incredibly grateful for her guidance because I don't think I would have gotten where i was going without her help. If you're considering reaching out and asking for her help, I couldn't possibly recommend it more.

I was a little skeptical when I first came across jobtest.org, and now I'm so glad I gave it a shot! The test gave me good insight into the direction I should look for my next job. Working with Julie MacWilliams was invaluable. She listened, gently steered, and encouraged while provided great resources and tasks for me to complete which moved me forward in my job search. From deciding what kind of job I wanted to how to connect with future employers to practicing for interviews...she has it all! Can't thank her enough for her guidance and support!

The test took a minimal amount of time and the layout of the results were surprisingly comprehensive.
