Hi Aubrey, We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience with our platform. We understand your frustration and we want to assure you that your feedback is taken seriously. Our test is designed to ask a variety of questions to ensure that we get a comprehensive understanding of your personality and career preferences. The goal of the repeated questions is to ensure the accuracy of the results. As a small team dedicated to helping people make informed career decisions, we do have to charge for the full report to keep our service running. We also have several sponsoring partners that subsidize the cost of reports for those who cannot afford them. We aim to be transparent about this from the beginning, and we're sorry if this wasn't clear to you. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with this feedback, as it's important for us to hear all perspectives so we can continue to improve. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you would like to further discuss your concerns or if there's anything else we can assist you with. Thank you,

Hi Nomin, I'm truly sorry to hear about the frustrations you've experienced. I understand how these difficulties have caused you to feel this way, and I want to assure you that we're committed to setting things right. We see in our record that you made a typo in your email address during the test registration, which unfortunately led to the report being sent to the incorrect email address. Our customer support team has since worked with you to resolve that issue and issued a full refund - and the case seems to have closed as of several hours ago. Regarding the double charge, this was also an inadvertent error. As soon as we were made aware of this, we've promptly issued a full refund, which you should already see reflected in your bank account. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. At JobTest.org, we're a small, dedicated team working tirelessly to help individuals navigate their career paths with confidence. While we always strive for accuracy, we're human and sometimes mistakes happen. But what's important to us is how we handle them and learn from them. Your feedback is crucial to us and it will be taken into account as we continue to improve our services. I want to reassure you that we value your trust and we're dedicated to earning it back. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Best Regards,

Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the results of your career assessment. It seems we may not have hit the mark on accurately capturing your personality type and matching it to potential careers. I assure you that we aim for our reports to be as accurate and helpful as possible, and it's disheartening to learn that this was not the case for you. Your feedback is invaluable and gives us the opportunity to grow and improve. It's clear that there were aspects of your report that didn't resonate with your personal interests and skills, particularly concerning the career suggestions. Our aim is to align the test results as closely as possible to the individual's strengths and preferences, and it sounds like we missed that with your report. As for the "Tools" section, we're committed to providing users with valuable resources to aid in their career development. Your feedback will help us reconsider the content and presentation in this section to ensure it offers clear, actionable advice rather than appearing as advertisements. In light of your experience, we'll gladly process a full refund for you. If you have not, please reach out to our customer service team ([email protected]), and they will manage the refund process. Additionally, we appreciate your feedback and patience with our services. We're a small but dedicated team, and your input will be considered as we continuously improve our product development. Hi Lady, Firstly, I want to express my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and confusion you've faced. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and I understand your frustration. The issue you described sounds like a technical glitch, which is unacceptable on our part. It's important to us that users can access their results smoothly and swiftly. I'm truly sorry that wasn't the case for you. As for the lack of resolution to your emails, I want to apologize for the automated responses. It's clear they've been more of a hindrance than a help in this case. We value human connection, and I understand how an automated response can add to the frustration when you're looking for real assistance. I want to assure you that our service is not a scam. We take these matters very seriously, and we're committed to making this right for you. Please allow me to personally handle this situation for you. If you could forward us the email thread to [email protected] or provide your email address, I'll make sure to expedite the process. We can either make sure your results are accessible as soon as possible or process a full refund immediately, as per your preference. Again, I'm very sorry for your experience and I hope to be able to rectify the situation promptly. Best regards,

Hi Cindy, I'm really sorry to hear that our report didn't meet your expectations. When it comes to the career guidance we provide, we're constantly striving for excellence, and it's disheartening to hear that we fell short this time. Your university career counseling office is a fantastic resource, and we respect the invaluable assistance they provide. Our aim with our reports is to supplement and complement the guidance you receive from such services, providing an alternative perspective. That being said, I absolutely understand your disappointment if you felt our report lacked depth for the price. The feedback we receive from our users is our roadmap for improvement, so I truly appreciate your honesty. It's crucial for us to know where we can do better. I’d like to make sure you feel you’ve received value for your investment. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can discuss this further. We can look into a refund, or if you're willing, we could review your results together to ensure you're getting the most out of the report. Once again, I'm sorry that our service didn't live up to your expectations this time, but I sincerely hope we have an opportunity to rectify this for you. Best,
