They are not upfront about cost. From what I see from others, the results don't even make sense. This company is straight up fraud!

I just want a refund.
I just want a refund. The results I got from the test were ridiculous, I made it clear from my answers that I’m not a people person and I got recommended to be a DJ and an event organizer. I honestly can’t believe I paid money for this. The real problem though is my requests for a refund don’t even get sent, I get a notification saying that the recipient isn’t accepting my emails. I just want my money back.

Possibly good service but definitely questionable ethics so no payment
My son and I each spent 20 minutes to take the thorough quiz and we were presented with payment only options at the end. My son, who has been struggling to find his next move, was really looking forward to the results, and was frustrated that there had been no mention or indication that there would be payment needed to get the result.
He decided that any company that isn't transparent about their cost model up front is probably not doing good business across all of their services so he didnt want to pay, even after I offered to fund the payment. I agree with him.
I'm a Customer Experience leader for a living so I'd like to suggest providing some free value insights in return for an email address and the 20 mins of time it takes to complete the test. If there's enough value to pique interst, the right-fit clients will pay to upgrade. If they're not ready immediately, at least you have their email and can continue to nurture the relationship. The customer walks away feeling like they've received SOMETHING for their time investment and you have much higher star ratings on Trust Pilot and other review sites.

Doesn’t list price anywhere
It doesn’t say anything up front about costs. I did the full test thinking there would at least be a free report with upgrade options. Got to the end and saw you have to pay a minimum of $25 to get temporary access to a report. Scouring the website afterwards, there is nothing about costs that I can see. They should really be transparent about the price before people invest their time. It just feels shady.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the results and can’t believe I fell for filling out that long survey and paying money. I feel like a fool. Only one of the five career paths is even remotely interesting/ applies to what I put in the survey and the others aren’t even associated with anything I clicked. The survey obviously takes a small fraction of questions associated with higher paying industries and generates a “report” showing the highest paying positions whether or not those positions meet anything else placed in the survey. This renders the survey holistically useless.
The algorithm is garbage. The website is a scam.
