I worked there for approx 9 months when I came to greece they were the first company I worked with. They fixed all my paperwork very quick and the trainer was a cool dude. Actually directly once I started working there I could feel the toxic energy , I would bump heads with my supervisor at the time he was very rude and mean and sexist, and it happened when I didn't accept the offer to go out for a drink, I only realized later that's why he had an issue with me. I figured it out when others told me stories about him that he harrassed girls and stuff like that thank god within a couple months he left. When I told the ACM my problem he didnt really took me serious and let me interact with the supervisor that gave me the creeps. I already read some reviews about the company so I thought,, I guesss that's what everybody was talking about and I didn't really wanted to switch jobs so soon knowing how the greek bureaucracy is so all over the place. Now I wished I switched directly in the first couple months. My problem really started after I got sick. At the time i already stated a couple times my issues that I had with how all over the place and stressful it was and the supervisors that ask me to do their jobs and bullied me. Regarding to the work i was told "Miele" is just a new project things will get better. It didnt and it started to take a toll on my health i started to get burn out symptoms and offcourse my immune system went down and eventually i got very sick. The first time in october when I came back from sick leave I got switched from emails to calls eventhough i told them I had throat issues due to covid, supervisor told me he didnt care they needed staff so I told him if I cant get back on emails , i will call in sick because I came back to work because I thought I'd only do emails and out of goodwill and thats how i was welcomed. so I called back in sick and from then they started to give me hell with not wanting to pay my sick days, and blocking my eu card proces. When I finally resigned in january and threatened to report them to the police , I somehow was paid my salary quite quick and got my sickdays a while later after they was contacted by the authorities. Then after receiving my last payment I was offcourse jobless and was contacted by someone that posed a job recruiter , I didnt think much of it, sent me a text to my WhatsApp on my greek number that only teleperformance had and I never use for anything else. But I was looking for a job. i got scammed out of almost 1k and after making a police report and talking to people the only way we can look at is teleperformance greece. After the police contacted them, they , teleperformance sent me 50 euro or so, not knowing why. and the supervisor was stalking me to get my equipment back even called me with his personal phone private while that should go through HR that had the nerve to threaten me with legal action because I did not reply on the weird supervisor calls and emails ?! was HR aware that I made a legal complaint or do they just dont give a f and are they actively bullying and stalking me for leaving. I asked HR for a time and date to come pick it up , they refuse to give one they rather harras me though the email and show up on my doorstep unannounced, which have gave me a very unsafe feeling for a long time. But again after talking to others and also greek locals I learned this is normal behaviour as nobody was surprised this happened. Also I was told I should not rely on the authorities to help or protect me. And yes I am a person of color. This has traumatized me so much I decided to leave Greece this year.

Come dice il mio titolo mando il Cv a Teleperformance mi fanno fare una marea di test che passo brillantemente e che mi fanno passare agli step successivi. Finalmente dopo tanto patire ricevo la chiamata da un loro addetto alle risorse umane che mi dice che mi fa fare altri due test per due aziende importanti per le quali loro lavorano. Eseguo questi test e li passo tutti e due (a detta loro) e così mi viene chiesto lo STARTING DATE e gli dico quando posso iniziare a lavorare che sarebbe due mesi dopo i test e le chiamate che ho ricevuto, loro mi dicono che non c'è nessun tipo di problema e che mi avrebbero richiamato poi per organizzare tutto per la mia partenza. Passano i due mesi e non sento nessuno dell'azienda dato che mi avevano confermato tutto che avevo superato tutto brillantemente, e che mi avrebbero anche assunto. Un giorno di marzo ricevo una comunicazione email che mi avevano provato a contattare tramite telefono (cosa non vera, dato che non avevo ricevuto nessuna chiamata quel giorno da parte loro) e che se avessi avuto altre cose da chiedergli li potevo ricontattare. Ho risposto alla mail dicendo che non avevo ricevuto nessuna loro chiamata e che aspetto loro comunicazioni sui prossimi step da fare, ma come potete ben capire non ho ricevuto mai una risposta! Azienda pessima nella comunicazione e pensare che loro fanno assistenza clienti inbound!!!!! Assurdo!!!!

Not the best not the worst

Was going to work for google and was promised this was a working remotely job. Was told that the training would take place in the office but that the job was permanent working from home. After about 2 week at the training, we all find out that we have been tricked and that this is an office job. After talking with them i am being promised another job in the company which is remotely, but that I had to wait a bit, I quit my job at Google in the meantime. Because of this, however they would not help me with a place to live anymore. Therefore, I have to book into Airbnb while I wait for the new job offer. They keep saying that I will get the new job offer in 1-2 days when I call and keep asking about it. After 1 week i found out that there was no new jobboffer afterall, they scammed me again. 3 weeks in Athens where i spent around 1500 - 2000£ and nothing in return. The management in Teleperformance Greece er katastrofal.

I can say that nothing really works, they can change your working schedule without even asking.(Sometimes they do ask but sometimes they just change, even if it's going to be next day) And multiple other things.. they needed to come to pick my computer and last day before our flight back to home they told me that they can not and asked can I bring it to some restaurant 😂 I said no I can't by walking and tried to contact them with 6 emails and calls and they did not answer to me anymore.

I had a terrible experience with them. I went to Greece to work for them in Athens for the Apple Care project. I had trouble finding an accommodation the first two weeks so I asked them if they could add more days in the hotel, but they declined telling me that they had to give space to other Teleperformance emplyees when, instead, a collegue of mine received more days to find an accommodation in the meantime. Athens is a busy city so only to weeks for finding an apartment is too short and every Teleperformance Real Estate collaborator agencies are awful: they don't answer and when they do or they behave bad or the apartment is terrible. But the worst part has to come yet! First of all Teleperformance made me work from home since the beginning so they gave me a computer that I had to carry every time I had to change apartment and the first day of training they didn't even give me the equipment on time. But the worst part is this: one day I was in training with a mentor and I had to take calls. At a certain point a window appeared on the computer that I never saw in the training and my mentor told me to put a random name on it. This was actually a huge mistake that made me lose the job!!! My mentor, who had the duty to show me the job, made me lose it!!! Absolutely clowns!!! In order to work for them you have to pass tests about personality and tests about empathy but what's the meaning of that if there are people like these in the company? Absolutely terrible and obviously not suggested at all. I want to finish adding two more things: the advantages about gyms, food and things like that which they boast are not so worthy and the payment is too low for a city like Athens where the prices for apartments are too high.

Very unprofessional ! They waste my time with their tests and took my personal details and spread it out to another company illegally, they lied and lied, and discriminated against me, be careful!
