Low Pay, High Pressure, No Quality of Life
If the only jobs you can realistically find are call center and customer service positions, honestly, you are better off looking elsewhere
and avoid going to Greece.
How is anyone supposed to build a decent life on salaries that barely reach €1,000 net per month? Rent can easily take €400 or more, and then you still have to pay for food, transportation and every other basic expense. Do the math. You move to a foreign country, work FULL-TIME, and after all your essential expenses, you are left with almost nothing. This is the life you’ll live if you are Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. Yes, because companies like TP also pay emoloyees based on their nationality and on how difficult or easy it easy to find someone who speaks a certain language.
And what do you get in return? I’ll tell you: exhausting customer service jobs, constant pressure, angry customers, unrealistic expectations, and barely 30 minutes to eat during the entire working day. Last, but not least, in Greece they can force you to do extra hours.
This is not a reasonable standard of employment in 2026. It is unacceptable. People who work full-time should be able to afford to live, not simply survive from one paycheck to the next. TP chose Greece because labor laws are a joke and they can get away with paying you a ridiculously low salary.
It is honestly absurd that conditions like these are still considered normal and frankly, we contribute to this when we sign that contract. Please avoid doing that and never listen to those recruiters who simply lie for a living and just see you as mean to an end: their bonuses.

I have a good experience with TP
I have a good experience with TP. They paid for my flight, 4 weeks hotel and gave me the advise I needed to find something else. The salary is lower as northern Europa, but everyone who worked abroad before knows this. It’s a great place to work for 6 months or a year.

Mental health matters more than anything.

The most inhumane experience
The most inhumane, toxic, nightmare inducing working environment I have ever seen. Actually calling this place “inhumane” is doing it a favour, we are treated like animals there, we are not even allowed to go the bathroom and if you’re a girl who gets periods, you’ll find yourself having to ask for permission and explaining your period to male supervisors if you need “extra” bathroom time. There’s no organisation, supervisors have no idea what’s going on and are there just for the power trip to exploit the agents as pay back for being exploited themselves. TP is really just a bad joke, they promise the world to overqualified people who are desperate, take them away from their entire lives to fly them to Greece tied to a precarious work contract, and then exploit them mentally, physically and financially. Their relocation system is not unlike human trafficking if you look closely. Be very very careful and think twice before even considering this hell hole.
