I'm acutely dyslexic and have always struggled with my CV. I never liked how it read, and in general, it really didn't sell the skills I have or what I bring to the table in a company. Then following some guidance and constructive feedback from people I trust, I decided to change the style I was using to writing it, cleaned up the formatting and I have to say that this tool really did help me with making my CV stand out. It doesn't do it for you but helps you see how you align your CV to the job spec and you have to do it for each job, it isn't a one-fix wonder. Jobscan definitely helped me go from getting zero callbacks to interest in most applications. Thanks to the whole team great product!
