I wish I had started my job search with Jobscan.co. **Avoid using TopResume.** Jobscan is incredible because it analyzes your resume and the job description against the organization's ATS. It then provides you with a percentage score, with 80% or higher typically being a strong match. Just a week after using Jobscan.co and sending out my resume and cover letter to three organizations, I received callbacks for interviews within a week. This led to immediate second and third interviews, resulting in multiple job offers.

After months of applying for jobs (that I knew I was qualified for, with no response), I finally subscribed to Jobscan Premium and took advantage of all the features. I didn’t just start getting interviews, I got hired for a great job in a highly-competitive field! I truly feel like Jobscan Premium was what finally got my resume past AI screenings and lead to this life-changing opportunity. I have been using Jobscan over the years. I found for contract jobs, you can beat it. I am back on the job hunt, and I signed back up. To my surprise, the improvements have been incredible. Notably, they added a kick-azz resume builder and allow saving resumes with the JobScan tool. They also added an AI feature that provides suggested content for missing skills that you can copy and paste in your resume. Incredible. This is my first day using the new tool. I hope to be working again soon.

I've used Jobscan for my past two job transitions and I cannot recommend them enough. There are a ton of complaints about how difficult the job market is right now - and not to discount that whatsoever - but a great way to cut through the noise and make yourself stand out is tailoring your resume for each job application, which many people don't seem to do. For my previous job transition I blind applied to five big companies with no references or company contacts, but having tailored my resume using Jobscan, and received first round interviews from four of the five companies. The platform is easy to understand and utilize and I think the results speak for themselves. Additionally, the customer service is great and they've been quick to answer any questions or concerns that I have. I absolutely recommend Jobscan for your next job hunt process, I can't say enough good things about their tech.
